      They were very quick to assist me. They checked a few different carriers and presented the quotes. After choosing which coverage/carrier we wanted, the process was very quick and easy. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and answered all questions. It was nice having an agent you could actually talk to in person.

      I'm not one to leave reviews generally speaking. But the service is so bad at this office that I hope this will save someone else from the stress of calling, calling, calling and being strung along. Bottom line is my homeowners insurance was cancelled through no fault of mine. The company pulled out of Florida. I called this office, provided all of the requested information and reports and was told they had everything they needed. I even received a quote. It is now 10 days later and I still have no policy to sign or insurance on the house. They knew all along that the situation was urgent. I just moved on to another agency because I could get no service from here. Just move on and save yourself some stress.

      We were referred to Classic Insurance by our trusted realtor in Pensacola and unfortunately could not be more disappointed with every aspect of this company. We tried to give the employees every bit of patience and grace due to the COVID pandemic and completely understand uncontrolled delays in service, but over and over again, we were shocked at the ineptness and complete lack of communication that Classic Insurance demonstrated. Throughout the home buying process, we, the consumers were constantly having to call to get documents completed and when all was finalized, our signed insurance document was admittedly "forgotten about" and our signed quote for insurance was never sent to our lender. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks to switch to the new insurance so we didn't even realize anything was wrong until 2 months after accepting the new quote. When we (again) contacted Classic Insurance to notify them about this issue, we just assumed we would then be made a priority to correct a mistake made by their own company. Not at all. We had to start over and call multiple times to select a new quote which was a higher price unfortunately, but we understand the pricing was outside of Classic Insurances control. During our second selection of insurance, every time we contacted Classic Insurance someone is out of the office and "they'll get back to us". We agree with another reviewer that we felt like we were annoying them. They do not call back, and we then have to again write emails cc'ing the owner who MAY respond with one sentence that usually isn't even relevant or sensical. It is obvious that she did not even read the prior information from her associate. We were hesitant to write our experience online as we understand it's possible that this was an outlying issue, however, we emailed Wendy, the owner, prior to posting this review voicing our specific and numerous concerns, and she did not even respond to us. Aside from one very amazing and helpful employee (Lilly) Classic Insurance as demonstrated that they are perhaps overwhelmed or incompetent and have zero desire to make up for either in customer service.

      ** Update: *** 3.22.22. Wendy, thank you for reaching out (below). My last email addressed to your company 6 days ago was regarding the fact that our last name (Adam) was misspelled on all of the documents your company prepared. I'm sure we're the only last name "Adam" you have. I do find it astonishing how you responded so quickly when our discontent was publicly displayed. I'd welcome a call or email to further discuss, and I'd be happy to update my review.

      ***Update #2*** 3.28.22. We began this process in June of 2021, closed on our home in August of 2021, and it's now March 28th 2022. We finally have our new insurance sorted out. Wendy, the owner, did find our contact information and emailed me shortly after the poor review I left above and stated that she would be personally calling me to discuss the issues we had with Classic Insurance.

      Not surprisingly, it has now been another 6 days with no phone call.

      So, caveat: we personally would never, ever recommend this company to anyone, but.... if you've started out with Classic Insurance and even felt slightly dissatisfied, take our advice and find a new company before you waste anymore of your time.

      Takes a lil while to get a policy set up. Usually have to play phone tag for a bit. I'm happy with the final result.

      Wendy and her crew have great rates and make sure they do all they can to help you! I am dreading they day I move away from Florida and can no longer use Classic Insurance Group and I am stuck working with someone else.
