I highly recommend Perez Plumbing for your plumbing needs! They're fast, efficient, reliable, reasonably priced, and provide five star customer service! They never disappoint on the service. Special shout out to Jason and Jose on the service requested today. This dynamic duo get straight to work! they're very knowledgeable, clean, and make sure there's no leaks before leaving the premises. As always I'm satisfied and impressed! We had a huge water leak in our front yard that we had called the city 14 times on and everyone brushed us off or told us they couldn't do anything about it. David came and looked at it 30 min after our call and set up to get the work done as soon as thw city did their last inspection. His crew came on time, was careful to make sure they didn't dig anything they didn't have to. They worked well and got it diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours. I will call them again if we have any issues. The picture is what they dug out. I didn't take an after.

Beware of unfair business practices. They came and cut out 18 x 18" in the ceiling of my neighbor's unit below us. It took less than 30 min., to detect the leaking hot water heater in my unit. They sent a bill for $860 to my HOA. I'm reporting Perez Plumbing to the Better Business Bureau.

When temperatures dipped down to the low 20s this weekend the cold water stopped working for our kitchen sink on 12/23/22. I got home on Christmas Eve and took a look and heard what sounded like water coming from underneath the house this was around 3pm. I called Perez plumbing and David the owner came out within 20 minutes around 4PM on Christmas Eve. He found access to under the house and fix our problem! Cannot say thank you enough due to having a house full of family with no water on Christmas Eve. David Perez pulled off a Christmas miracle for my family and I! Highly recommend him to anybody looking for an honest plumber who will fix your problem immediately even on Christmas Eve!!
Thank you David!

I've had Perez plumbing out to my house a couple of times. Tried other plumbers and they charge so much more than Perez. These guys will be my go-to guys from now on.
They're always professional and friendly. Work fast and actually seem to care about their customers.
They also provide good advice on maintaining your systems so you can do some things yourself.
This is their latest work for me. I had the shower fixture in my house leaking. In looking it over I found that the cartridge was leaking (normally an easy replacement) but looking closer I saw that the housing itself had cracked. Uh oh. Well they did a great job. Two hours. New fixture. Cost was $750. Again a very reasonable price for the job done.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jason P.South Lake Union, Seattle, WA091Apr 29, 2022
The receptionist was extremely rude when it came to scheduling. When the plumbers came they wanted to replace my water heater without turning off the water to the building. I told them no but they insisted. When they started it began leaking everywhere so eventually they had to turn off the water. The rest was ok but based on those two experiences you may want to go with another plumber.

This plumbing company is amazing. They came in after I had a bad experience with Beacon plumbing and totally save the day. Completely professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend this company to absolutely anybody who needs an honest and hard-working plumbing company

After reviewing other plumbers and asking for referrals I went with Perez. They were very professional and detailed in every step. I needed some extra work and they asked for my approval before doing the work. I trusted them. I will use them again.

I'm on the board of my HOA and The Management Trust is always raving about how great Perez Plumbing is and how inexpensive they are. So when my sister's 2 little boys clogged up her toilet and our plunging couldn't fix it, I recommended she call Perez based on the recommendations from The Management Trust. They couldn't come for 3 days and then ended up charging $370 for a 20 minute snake job.
Wow! I paid $380 to another plumber to have all the plumbing in my whole kitchen installed (brand new dishwasher, new kitchen faucet, new garbage disposal, etc) as part of a kitchen renovation and that job took 2.5 hrs. Maybe Perez's normal prices are good and my sister just got the "Sammamish zip code multiplier," but if so, that's just not right. Not everyone with a Sammamish zip code is rich. And to rip off a military family where the husband is deployed and the wife is left alone to care for their 5 kids and the house and everything else is subpar and disappointing.
The actual work performed was fine, but the price was so outrageous, it would have been cheaper (and faster!) to just go buy a brand new toilet and install it myself. I've installed a toilet myself several times before and it is not that hard. But the existing toilet is less than a year old and we never imagined it could possibly cost so much to get it snaked.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gina A.Kent, WA9481Oct 6, 2016
Prompt, friendly and very affordable. They fixed a clogged bath tub drain that had been plaguing us for years which no amounts of liquid Drano could solve. Turns out there was a pen and two small toys shoved down there (thanks kids!) Would highly recommend these guys. It'll be so nice to have a fast-draining shower downstairs again!
