Perfect Dental Care

The dentist here Khealid did my root canal on the wrong teeth!! He was supposed to do it on tooth# 13 but did it on my good teeth #12. I called and the front desk people were saying it's not their mistake. I'm clearly looking at the teeth chart and and consent document which says they were supposed to do it on 13 tooth but they did it on the 12 tooth. The dentist is an elderly man who's bound to make mistakes on your teeth, it's best not to come here for a root canal

It was my first visit and they did exactly what I needed. Also thinking seriously of switching them to be my primary dentist.

I came to Perfect Dental Care for the first time and it was the most horrific experience I had ever encountered in a dentist office.

1. Before entering the dentist office there was a pediatric dentist sign instead of the actual name of the dental office.

2. The dental assistant was nonchalant and she had her airpods on, while attending to her patients which is very unprofessional.

3. The hygiene in this dental office is disgusting. The dental operatory light used on patients was filled with bacteria and mold and it was slightly.

4. The dental office's roof was under construction, the wires and the pipes were visible.

5. The dental hygienist did not know how to clean teeth, I might as well should have brushed my teeth at home. There was no listerine provided or any goodies. There was no dental suction system.

6. I had to wait an hour to be attended, there was only one dental hygienist attending all patients. While waiting to be attended the receptionist had numerous phone calls from patients stating that they were billed incorrectly for services.

7. The main dentist was yelling at one of his patients next door, which this obviously shows there is no bedside manner.

8. The dental hygienist was trying to sell me fluoride for $60.00, which is very expensive and in other places they charge $40.00 for flouride.

That being said, I would not recommend anyone to come to Perfect Dental Care.

This place ruined my tooth. Had a deep cavity that was covered up. I came back for two separate appointments in AGONY gums swollen to a point where I couldn't 't close my mouth and they said it's part of the normal healing process. I've gotten two fillings at another dentist since and... shocker, no pain! The new dentist had to re-do one of the fillings the doctors here did and the tooth that was in agony.. dead. had to get a root canal. I saw the reviews for this place and ignored it. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I had been here twice but for minor work and I came in early this year for a follow up, hoping to actually take care of a much needed root canal. For whatever reasons the procedure required approval so after looking at my teeth, it was determined that I should get a 'deep cleaning'. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to the dentist. HUGE!!! But the professionalism and care received from Dr. Katie Nemirovsky was just amazing. She was so delicate and I only shed one tear and that was before she went to work! I waited to write the review because I wanted to ensure the swelling and aches from the Novocaine shot would heal and about a week later...it was all good. I felt compelled to write a review being that Dr. Katie and the main receptionist (as always) was really great! Thank you.

PS: they have a kids room and it's quite calming..IJS

My visit to this place had been most difficult from the get go. I visited to have a procedure done and it's been 3 weeks since my initial visit to have them verify my doctor about my anemia. They still haven't called me back to let me know whether I can push through with my procedure or not. It's very frustrating talking to the receptionist because she and the supervisor ALWAYS had an excuse to tell me just because they don't have the information I need at hand. They advertise for new clients but they cannot seem to serve the ones they currently have. I am on the verge of getting a new oral surgeon. These people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!! Going to the dentist is usually stressful enough but I felt very comfortable and Dr Nemirovsky is a gem! The entire staff is extremely professional. The manager, Irene, was very attentive and most helpful. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who needs ANY dental work!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! AVOID! The first consultation I went to see them, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. I decided to go a second time just thinking they were busy the first but still waited, an hour and fifteen minutes to be exact and I decided to leave and tell the front desk. The people at the front desk are extremely rude and unhelpful. They also decided to charge my insurance without my permission and for a job they claimed they did and wasn't even accurate. I then changed dental offices, and when I needed to get a procedure actually done, I had to pay out of pocket for the whole thing. The insurance wouldn't pay it because this office dishonestly charged me. Don't go here. 0 Stars.

After realizing I needed to be seen immediately by a periodontist (on a Saturday), Dr. Igor Tarlo and the staff spent a lot of time on the phone trying to find a doctor I could be seen by on the same day. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile. He's a kind man, and the staff at Perfect Dental Care is great. My regular dentist there is Dr. Katie Nemirovsky, and she is fantastic. Irina in the front office is super helpful.
