Perfect Dental Care

I had about the best cleaning I've ever had from a hygienist called "Yosh," I believe. Precise but painless--no bleeding! State-of-the-art tech. I can feel the difference in my teeth five days later. Plaque broken up, enamel good. I've also worked with Sophia, the dentist, and she too is terrific. They are always thoughtful, helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

Highly recommended.

Absolutely agree with Roy's review. Went for a dental checkup, and left with a $400 bill.
The cleaning was cursory at best, they took half the time of any other dentist I went to. They will leverage their position as a medical expert to coerce you to purchase antibiotics, which are unnecessary in most situations. They will make it sound like you absolutely need it, even if you do not.
They were also expensive too. Most scam dentists will charge you $50/shot, this places charges $100.

Learned my lesson, not all dentists can be trusted.

Oh, and the best part? They don't have signal inside, so you cannot look up whether what they are suggesting is a scam.

The experience of getting xrays was fine and the assistants and staff were courteous. They then said they would check with my insurance about what would get covered and they said they would send xrays to my email.
I waited and waited for months
And when I called back, they made it sound like everything was my fault. They care more about money than people.
They are a bit weird and shady. I don't want to return. Please send all my xrays to my email.

i have been going here for years and have never had a complaint until now. The office is immaculate and it gives off the vibe of a state-of-the-art medical facility. The women at the desk were very friendly, helpful, and professional, The gentleman hygienist was competent, quick, and friendly. Before I
I even met the doctor one of the associates came in and 'diagnosed' that I may have to put a cap placed on the tooth and the price she quoted me was excellent. Some minutes later the doctor came in and did not even look in my mouth. From a couple of feet away he stated that the tooth had to come out and he would refer me to a dental surgeon. By the time I got to the front desk, the referral was typed up and ready to go. However, there were no recommendations for surgeons on it and when I inquired I was told they don't do that and I would have to find one on my own! So now I have to find some pig in the poke surgeon in the East Village on my own. I have been going here for years but think I will be looking for a new DDS in the future.

Scam artists. When I went in April, the hygienists told me I was at stage 2 of halitosis and could reach stage 4 if I didn't spent $400 getting some sort of spray across the four corners of my mouth. I asked them if I could get a 2nd opinion before getting the spray, but they pressured me and told me that every moment I didn't get the spray, I'd be permanently damaging my teeth, so I agreed to the spray. I found out after the fact from a friend who used to work as a dentist in NYC that this is a common tactic to upcharge first-time patients who the dentists never expect to return - there are extremely cheap, over the counter alternatives to the $400 spray, and the 'permanent damage' risk, while not entirely untrue, was way overblown. These people are looking for a quick buck - don't give it to them.

my crown just came off and i was in a panic as i was going to be busy and away from the city . they said get here in 10 minutes we will take care of you .
no insurance or $$ hassles i was in a chair and xrayed in minutes the technician was great and banged out the xray in a hot second

The Dentist was fabulous repaired and reattached my crown and even gave me a check up and she noticed something on my upper teeth . she did some extra work all this was done after they had closed . no pressure no rush and most importantly there was never any pressure for paperwork or payment .

when i finally and happily with a full set of teeth checked out they gracefully only charged me the basic , i am 100% fully satisfied and happy with this dental practice . i will recommend them to all and any .
ps loved the Van Halen not so much the Madonna lol

Great staff, Very clean and all modern equipment, virtually no wait and painless procedure. I have never had such a pleasant visit and now recommend them to all my friends.

When I first called and told them my insurance the front desk girl said my insurance was "not accepted, we only take private insurance" i was so confused as i had private insurance. I called back and spoke to someone else and found out they do take my insurance.

When i saw the doctor she was nice however seemed very rushed, exhausted and not caring at all. She told me i had cavities and took pictures of it and literally walked away without saying bye or anything. Two minutes later front desk girl comes to the room ( as im still in the dental chair) and began explaining the fees and charges i have to pay. I was so confused because doctor didn't completely explain everything and walked away

These people are after ur money. Stay away
