Pet Authority Animal Hospital

I am so happy we tried out Pet Authority. We took our 10 year old in for runny eyes, they saw us w/o an appointment same day. They examined him and talked to us about our other concerns we had and put us on a plan to address our concerns w/o charging us an arm and a leg.

We took our new pup to them with a concern about an umbilical hernia that went from just fatty tissue closing up (that should have went away on its own) to necrotic tissue that needed to be addressed immediately. After examining her, they fit her in next day for an early spay (only 15 weeks old) and hernia repair, despite a busy surgery schedule. I have seen Dr. H and Dr. C, both are amazing. They take their time explaining their professional opinions, and seem to do it w/o any judgement. They do not rush out and have a good bedside manner.

The vet techs are also amazing professionals, very caring and thorough. The entire place is filled with great people who care for your pets. I am so pleased to have finally tried Pet Authority after living only 10 minutes from their office for 13+ years! Wish I had tried them sooner vs staying at the outdated less than stellar facility that I've been taking my pets.

Great care! Staff are very straight forward and want to help with my babies.
Only hang up, is we've spent a small fortune for tests, and things in just two visits.

I had the sad task of taking the beloved family cat to be put down. The Dr. and staff couldn't have been more compassionate and accommodating. They took their time and let us have enough time to say goodbye. I will recommend this place to everyone I know who has a pet!

p.s. Goodbye Fat Man...You were such a good cat, friend and companion.

This little place is the best vet experience I've ever had with any pet. The staff are so incredibly friendly and remember your pet and go out of their way to make sure they are comfortable and at ease in this environment. I greatly appreciate how kind and soothing they are to help with any anxiety.

I came here on a Friday with my cat Lilly when her tummy started swelling. They did an X-ray and found her uterus had an infection called Pyometra. It's a major surgery and costs major money. They offered to try to squeeze her in to their already packed surgery schedule same day if I opted for it. They even gave alternatives for another place that MIGHT have been less expensive (it wasn't!) but sent us home with some Hail Mary antibiotics to try.

Ultimately I ended up having to put her down after the weekend. They were so wonderful to work with, genuinely compassionate, honest, reassuring and no judgement whatsoever. It made such a difference for me with my uncertainty in such a delicate situation.

Also, I didn't catch their names but the ladies at the front desk were also great. I called multiple times with questions and they answered every single one.

Very big thank you and hugs to Technician Amy and Dr. Ciesicki. This team gave me and Lilly a fantastic last weekend together. I am going to bury Lilly in my back yard and plant a lilly garden for her and display her cute little clay paw print that they made for me.

TL;DR, I highly recommend this place!

Came here Friday, was the 2nd vet I have taken our cat Ziggs to. This will be our new home for Veterinary care. Everyone was very nice and professional. Office was very clean, separate waiting area for dogs and cats which I thought was very smart. All questions answered, everything was taken care of quickly and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Our cat felt very comfortable and welcome here. They even offer a punch card where after your 4th or 5th visit, the next exam is free.

Excellent care team at Pet Authority. They have always treated my dog well and correctly diagnosed his issues. I've never had a problem getting him in when he was having a problem. Been taking my dog there for about 5 years and have been very happy.

staff was great, doctor was knowledgeable, price was very affordable, and best of all, my little pene is all better! no more itching!!!!!

Dr. Hutchinson and his staff are the best! I have been taking my fur babies there for 15 years. Always friendly staff from the front desk to the vet techs. Quick to get appointments to be seen. I recently brought my dog in on Saturday and found out she needed surgery. We were able to schedule surgery for the following Tuesday. They have a snack station with free food and snacks for the human parents. Dr. Hutchinson is very knowledgeable and gentle with my babies. He takes the time to address all my concerns and never rushes through the visit. Also the office and waiting rooms are clean. I'm so grateful that I found this amazing team!

From the ladies at the desk accommodating me and Grizzly to the Vet tech to the Dr. being knowledgeable, kind and professional Grizz now has a new Dr. Thank you Pet Authority!
