Pet Point Grooming

I took my baby here who is a year old and has been to the groomers every 2 months so we know he dosent mind going , i only wanted a little bit trimmed , i left and when i returned i came back to a shaved dog except for his head and half of his tail , with cuts in his feet and too close to his skin on his chest the diierence was so much i had to buy another harness for him , although Andrea was nice enough i just dont think she knows how to groom this type of dog so she should have told me that

I drove my dog Coco to Pet point for bath , cut nails and other services. Andrea was busy in that moment and she placed Coco in a dirty big Channel. I didn't like it.
The big problem was when I picked up Coco, she was bleeding from some toes, in one leg, the other nails were very long, Andrea couldn't cut the other nails. So she called me and said that she couldn't cut the nails because Coco didn't cooperate. But 1 minute later she called me again saying I could cut all the nails.it was before I picked Coco Up. She charged the cut nails but Coco had most of her nails very long.
I dont recommend Pet Point.

Took my dog last Friday for a full bath and it was very good I like the way the treated my dog.

Receive a discount in the mail, ignore the bad reviews and gave it a shot.. and yup it is as bad as describe.. my dog was still wet, she had a few long hairs along her paws. I don't think they know how to use a machine. And her face is uneven, her tail was shaved, they didn't brush her teeth.
Just plain horrible. Sucks.

Honestly don't understand why this place has any bad reviews. My yorkie has skin issues due to her age (now 16) and they are always trying things to improve it.

They trim her nails and they are fine afterwards. Remember people: sometimes if you don't keep up with your dogs nails, the quick grows as well so the nails are harder to cut without clipping the quick!

If I could place cero stars I would do it. I left my dogs yesterday for a full grooming and they were mistreated. I have one puddle dog and one yorkshire. They arrived home trembling with fear. And one of my dog's paws were bleeding from all four legs. She overcharged me. The website rate is 38 for small dogs and she charged me 78 each one. My father try to help me calling her and she insulted him. It is a horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place they are scammers.

I received a quote from Pet Point Grooming and I wrote them back last weekend to try and get an appointment. The owner was polite and quick to help me with the estimate however I have yet to hear back about an appointment. The prices seem reasonable and the place looks clean and modern however there are too many bad reviews. After careful consideration, I think I will pass.

Terrible! I used to take my dog back when it was JUDYS, I took my dog recently to give them a try. He came back with a bleeding nail and my sisters dog was still a little wet from her bath.
I would not recommend you to take your pup here!

UPDATE:
I just received a call from this place, the owner to be exact. She kept tell me how it's a family run place and I had a very malicious intent on my review. She said how they had fired the old groomer due to the reviews they kept getting and I had a free grooming to take my Max back. I told her how I'd already made an appointment to check somewhere else and if anything I'd be back. Then she kept going on about how mean it was for me to say I hope this place shuts down soon on social media especially because it's a family run business. I decided to hang up the phone... As i felt that she was trying to get me to take my review down. This is what Yelp is for. She called back and left a voicemail saying my attitude is one of a coward.

I work customer service and this is most definitely not how a bad review is supposed to be handled.

These people are horrible they hurt our baby! Completely cut off a piece of his ear & didn't even both letting us know when we picked him up - I WOULDNT TRUST THEM EVER! we need Judy to come back!

Despite the negative reviews here, I recommend this place based on my experience! I have been taking my 2 doggies here for grooming for a few months (new owners, I used to have Judy's grooming them before too) and cannot be happier. The place is neat and clean, the owners are really kind and the services provided are great. They treat your pets as their own, one of my dogs is a rescue and she is not so trusting with strangers but have no issues when I leave her.
