Best groomer for my miniature poodle. Takes his time and does not put the dogs in a crate when done. They get their own little open top room. I like the way he only grooms one dog at a time and it is not a assembly line. My jesse loves Ricardo.

I have a rare breed dog that has a naturally corded coat. I brought the dog here to inquire about doggy day care. As soon as meeting the owner he said to me - the dog cannot come, there are things growing in that coat. I explained to him that the dog has never had fleas, is on monthly flea prevention and this was the dogs natural coat. I offered to show up the AKC information page about the dog, he said no. He asked no questions, rather made a judgement because I have a rare breed dog he has never seen before. I am used to a level of unprofessionalism in this area, but this was tops. Also, the dog day care is not really day care. They are indoors in a small fenced in area (this is a store front). Do not recommend.

Super beyond upset just moved to the area and made an appointment for my cavapoo. I brought with me a letter from our previous groomer (which was unsolicited). I told the owner that I came a little early so the dog could be familiar. When he came over to see my dog he immediately began insulting her condition and that he would not listen to any instruction about grooming. He said, "I am a professional and I do things my way I don't need anyone else's letter and if I didn't like it I could leave". I was stunned I didn't know what to say but, I reassured him I didn't have an attitude and could he just listen to me. He said, "fine let's start again", as I tried to regain my composure took a deep breath and started to speak that breath was to much for him and he threw me out again stating my attitude was poor.

Ricardo does such a great job and puts time and care into grooming. The place is always spotless clean and is very dog-friendly.

The worst grooming i have ever seen..my daughter took our Havenese for a grooming..she came back completely scalped.. this guys shaved her tail completely down and cut her ears to this stump.. He told her they were too knotted up.. i have NEVER seen a worse butcher job before.. the cut on her body also so horrible, the dog is unrecognizable... the first picture was before she went.. the others are the frightening photos after...

I used Pet Point to bathe and groom my two dogs myself using their washing stations. The facility was clean and had all necessary supplies on hand to bathe and dry my own dog. There was a foot stool and the bathing stations are raised so you don't have to hunch over. The decor of the store and washing stations is cute and they also have pet supplies and food for sale.

Very pleased with Jesse's grooming. No one has done his ears with so much detail. And Jesse looks great!!

Love this place and the owner Ricardo. He sincerely loves animals and it shows. He does a beautiful job grooming my labradoodle, Gracie.

Took my 2 dogs (10 mo old Goldendoodle and 4 mo old boxer) for bathes. Ricardo bathed and brushed them both. Very pleased with service. Prices very reasonable. Ricardo loves dogs as is evident in ways he talks to them. Place is spotless. You can also bathe fig yourself! He also offers day care Definitely recommend Pet Point!!!
