Phases

I just recently went for my first facial with Phases. I have been to many other spas to try out what they have to offer in skin care and different kinds of facials. I really like that Dr. Turkle and Dr. Harper head up this office due to their medical background. I feel a lot more comfortable knowing that they have hand picked each procedure and their offered merchandise. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I went with a hydra facial and loved the results! As my esthetician explained it it was more or less a "wet vac" for your face to get all the bad bacteria and anything clogging up your pores out. My face looked like it was glowing afterward because it was so clean. I rescheduled to have another one done in 6 weeks. I cannot wait to get back and have it done again.

I am disappointed with the Cool Sculpting procedure that I've had done at Phases. Two different people performed the procedure, but put them it in different areas. So, after 2 days of treatments, I did not see any results. When I mentioned my disappointment, they told me they would have the manager of Phases get back with me. She did, but I was told that she would call me again, after looking over the results. That's been 2 weeks ago. I called again today; no response. It's a shame, because I've been a client of Dr. Turkle and liked her as a doctor; rated her highly. But, the lack of personally results and the lack of communication gets Phases 2 stars from me.
