Pick a Part Indiana

This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered in all my years! Do not use them unless you love to wait. I waited 45 minutes and they never showed up the first time so they apologied and here I am waiting yet another 50 minutes. This service is garbage and I wish I could express it even more highly than I am. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I called in and they gave me a good price on my vehicle, told me they would let me know when the tow truck was on its way to get it. I called two and a half hours later to see if I could get an estimate on how long it would take and he told me the truck was about to leave and would be there in 15-20 minutes. 50 minutes later I call back and it goes to voicemail. Twice. So I try calling on my friends phone and he answered immediately. Told me the truck was right around there corner would be there any minutes. 45 minutes after that I call back and no answer. So I call him with *67 and he answers right away and tells me I have the wrong number. I am flabbergasted. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
