She did a great job with my daith piercing and has made sure I've kept it healthy and clean. She changes all my jewelry for me and always makes sure everything is don't properly and professionally. She's the best!

I walked into 4Nineteen Ink a few years ago looking to get a second lobe piercing. Caitlin was the artist I worked with and she was wonderful. She helped me pick a set of earrings that matched the ones I already had, and when marking my ears she went above and beyond by marking out where the third set would go, to make sure the second piercings would be evenly between the first and third. Her attention to detail and ability to plan ahead on the fly was astounding. The shop itself is beautiful and clean, and I'll actually be returning for a tattoo soon and can't wait. Caitlin is one of the best piercers in our area and I can't recommend her more. She's smart, funny, calming, and has a genuine love for her craft.

I made an appointment At 12:45 unfortunately it was my fault but I was having issues getting ready due to recent surgery. When I walked in, Jake immediately said you are late and your appointment time it's pretty much over. I guess my appointment was only 15 minutes even though I got there at 12:54. All that I wanted was a new hoop and put in other piercings that I had to remove do the surgery and possibly shortening the post on a piercing that I had here a year ago. He told me over and over how I was late and how it was already past my appointment time and he didn't think he would have time to help me with most of it. I know I was late I understand I apologized it wasn't like I was a half an hour late I didn't realize the appointment was only for 15 minutes. People take longer than that just to pick out what they want for their piercing. I thought it was very rude the way he treated me. And I didn't appreciate it. I know I'm only one person but I will never go back to see him again. I work for a doctors office and we even give our patients 15 minutes sometimes 20 and we still see them and we are not rude!! He then said that if I just left because I was very angry that he would have to charge me anyhow! Great customer service.

Was a great experience. Clean and professional. Answered all my questions and explained the process. Would definitely recommend her if your looking for a piercing. Lots of jewelry to chose from and made in the USA. If I decide to get another piercing definitely going back.

Got my earlobes pierced for the first time (as an adult) with Caitlin via Amity Ink. Had a great experience with Caitlin. She was personable, warm, professional and her station was very clean. But-- same experience as other reviewer with checkout. The iPad is definitely set up to make you tip on the jewelry, which my more experienced friends later told me is not a legitimate thing. Though I definitely would have tipped Caitlin for her services, which were excellent, tipping on the expensive jewelry is quite a racket. I chose rose gold, which was in the 200 range, while actual piercing service fee was under 50. Since it was (clearly) my first time getting any piercings done and wasn't sure how tipping worked in that setting, I should have given closer attention to the screen, but I'm so autopiloted about the clover/touchscreen pay system these days and businesses must know that. Even so, it's hard to click "no tip" or do a lesser manual tip than the preset buttons when the person is standing right next to you. Would have appreciated if Caitlin had pointed it out, but who can blame her. Probably ended up tipping around $70 when I would have done 10-20. It colored the experience a bit and is the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. If you don't make the same mistake I did, I'm sure you'll come away with a better opinion of the place. Would still absolutely go to Caitlin as a piercer; I attribute this more to Amity procedures than her personally.

Caitlin is amazing! Have been in on a few occasions and shes always on top of it! Takes customers as they come in and helps with everything you need answered. Got some new pieces and had old jewelry replaced with beautiful new gems. Would hands down recommend her for all of your needs! Very professional and easy to talk to. Also good with pointing out what would fit the placement.

Kinda rude... Did a good job but wish I felt more comfortable. Cursed at me and just wanted to get me out of there as fast as she could. Don't understand how people bring their kids there smelled like marijuana heavily and was not kid friendly. Overpriced jewelry also.
