Britt H.San Diego, CA35219Jun 16, 2022My guy I was working with walked out on the job a day before I was due to close so come closing day when I didn't close I was confused and called PIF lending. Andrew was immediately condescending and rude to me. Refused to answer my questions and acted like i was the bad guy. I also got a very rude email which I am SO happy to attach as a picture on here if needed from Andrew. 10 out 19 would not recommend. In fact RUN!

You did not report your income on paper/W2s/Taxes/IRS and we managed to get your loan funded. Brittany, every lender in town denied your loan, and you were prepared in the beginning that this would be hard to loan to complete. The loan was completed, I was not condescending to you; however, I was abrupt and stopping your comments and conversation when you decided it was best to start using curse words.
I will not be spoken to in that manner. You and your husband thought it was appropriate to act in that manner, and it won't be tolerated with our company or any company for that matter. I was kept informed of the entire loan application process and what was required of me at all stages of the application through the approval. Andrew made the process very understandable and as easy to navigate as possible. My case however was one of the more complicated one, as it involved extremely stringent VA requirements in combination with very difficult sellers that were not at all accommodating. With that said, what Andrew did for me as a client, was nothing short of a miracle. I have not seen this level of professionalism and dedication to accomplishing the task anywhere before. It is absolutely second to none! I can never see myself going to another company for any lending needs and will confidently recommend his services to anyone I know.
