The customer service is spot on. Jennifer was extremely helpful with the design phase. She was patient and gave good guidance as to what would and wouldn't look good with the design when placed on the door. It was something that only her expertise would pick up on and I truly appreciated her explaining her reasons. Also, i overlooked during the approval of the design it had the wrong number. Wasn't noticed until they placed on the door but without hesitation they corrected my error within hours. Highly recommended...value and service spot on.

Pinnacle made our neighborhood entrance sign and after several issues with the production and installation we finally got a sign installed that was acceptable.

Unfortunately, a year and a month after the final installation the sign began popping off the brick monument. Once the sign was pulling away from the sign we could see that their installer used a 2" screw to attach a 1 1/4" thick HDU sign to the brick. Anyone would know that a 2" screw is not near enough to affix the sign properly. We consider this a latent and inherent defect that we could only see once the installation failed. After contacting them on four occasions over the next month of so and getting promised that "they would be out" and we were "about to get on the schedule", they sent me an email stating it would cost $450 to repair the sign because it had been longer than one year since installation. No where on our agreement or on their web site was there any warranty length stated.

The owners of the company have dug their heels in and are standing firm that the repair cost ($450) is our responsibility to pay before they will put proper length screws in the signs.

Buyer beware!

I needed to have about 10 signs made up. I called.this coany who has done work in my building two years prior.

they told me they lost all the dimensions and signs they had for the building and go release.

I told them.the wall is 50ft by 36ft..any sign would work.

in 67 days of dealing with Mitsy or Misty she sent over one proof completely wrong. I sent her ten designs of my logo. she didn't look at any.

if you want to waste your time and then be told by the owner that it wasn't our fault your emails where spotty?.?..and we didn't understand them.

however, we forwarded to another company what you sent and they can help you out. oh they couldn't understand my emails but sent them to someone else that did understand them. hmm. makes no sense. do.not use this company unless you want be frustrated and then told its your fault.

First time doing business with Pinnacle Custom signs. Had a 4 x 4 custom sign made with custom graphics with installation on some land I'm selling. Very professional and great customer service. Thanks Pinnacle and special thanks to Josh. Highly recommend!

I've been using Pinnacle custom signs for two years now and they are definitely the best around. We've had building signs, door stickers, trade show banners and more made by them. Josh is always awesome and very helpful. These guys are just the best!

Over the years I have seen the work Don and Theresa have done around the community and they are the best in town. Not only that they are good people (to use a southern phrase).

Don and his crew are as good as it gets. They are always punctual, professional, and do a great job. A year or so after installation of our building sign, one of our letters was starting to flicker and Don had a team come out and fix it for us, free of charge. As a business owner it is a huge relief to know that a purchased product and backed up by a reputable company.

This is a great company to partner up with ! I had been dragging my feet for several months on putting any sort of advertising on my vehicle. I had a bad experience with a much less professional shop and I regretted the expense I paid each and every day I had to see the botch job done by another "sign shop" It was by pure coincidence that I ended up at Pinnacle. I saw a lot of artwork that had done for others. Don, Theresa, and Stephen made me feel special. (sounds crazy) I told them of my past bad experience and the first thing they did was listen to my needs. The took my ideas, and the crew immediately went to work creating the image from my scribbled notepaper and created EXACTLY what I wanted. A DOT reflective back window sign for my Expedition; AND IT LOOKS INCREDIBLE !! It can be see almost a mile away at night, in bad weather, you name it. Within a few days, I had gotten several calls for my business, a couple asking who made that window sign, and 1 older gentlemen who expressed a concern about my driving habits. LOL Funny part of this story: That grumpy gentleman did pass my number to his daughter and she became a client of mine! I could go on, but let me close by saying, This is one outstanding business, and team. They care, They Listen, They Create Profit!
