Plumb Perfection

Of course plumbing is expensive, but I will choose this company from now on. Had a new water heater and a shower fix done by them. Very professional and very personable when making appointments etc.
I feel like they value their customers and want to see customer satisfaction.

I accidentally created a leak behind the valve to my toilet while trying to install a bidet. They came out same day, fixed the leak and installed the bidet in about 30 minutes. Great guys.

We called Plumb Perfection after a neighbor used them for a service call. Katie was very kind and helpful with setting up the appointment. Scott came out to the house to review the requested repairs and Daniel and Dave completed the work.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and punctual. When we decided to add another anode to our new water heater Katie took the time to run it over to our house. The entire team hustles! Also, surprisingly after submitting payment, Scott (owner) noticed that a military discount wasn't applied to our invoice. His honesty saved us 5% which was a HUGE help. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING MILITARY & VETERANS!

We hope we don't have plumbing issues again anytime soon, but we will call them and recommend them to neighbors!

There is no doubt that Scott is a very capable plumber. We used them to install a tankless water heater and several toilets. They were great. However, since then, I have asked to have some minor plumbing done and I've gotten no response to multiple phone calls. I get the impression they are only interested in the big jobs which is fine. I just wish they would tell call and tell me that.

This is the second time we have used Plumb Perfection and both times were excellent experiences. The first time was an easy toilet fix. Scott was prompt, quick, and fixed the issue. The second time, our water heater caught fire. Katie did an awesome job with the scheduling and communication to be able to work around what worked best for our family. Scott did top notch quality work with removing and installing the new water heather. Plumb Perfection is affordable, honest, and knowledgeable. We won't be using any other business besides Plumb Perfection for any plumbing needs.
