Point 2 Point Towing

I will most definitely use Point 2 Point again! Not only was I able to schedule a pick up within 30 minutes but they underbid every other provider in Spring Branch BY A LOT!
The driver was friendly, professional and kind.
Hands down the best towing service I have experienced.

My car was towed in error from my complex. Not sure WHO called it because I live on the second floor in a gated complex and park in a gate garage. Instead of these lazy buffoons verifying whether or not I had access to park in that space, they just took the car way across town IN ERROR. And I had to go through the bowels of hell to get it back! Next time they need to use their eyes to make sure that notice the proper decals on my car and then leave it be!

You hate having to call towing for any reason, but Point 2 Point was great. They took great care of me and very reasonably priced! Thank you

I needed some help getting my back wheel out of a drainage ditch and called Point 2 Point. The owner answered and said that his driver was near my location and would be there in about 15-20 mins, and that he would call me shortly.

45 minutes later, still no call, still no tow truck... I called back several times, and of course no answer. (Owner was probably screening my calls). I texted him and said, "Is he coming? I'm about to call another tow company." Right as I was on the phone with another dispatch, the driver arrived. I should have passed on them as I intended, but I went ahead and let them do the job. Big mistake!!

Driver barely spoke English and couldn't communicate what he was trying to do. Instead of winching the car out, he PUSHED it with his flatbed. Soooo, you're telling me that he thought a steel flatbed against a small contact area directly on the car, while pushing it up an incline would be ok??? It doesn't take a genius to know that this would cause damage to the car.

After damaging my car, the driver knew he screwed up and called his boss (the owner I spoke with originally.) Owner told me that I could take my car to his shop to fix, but I declined. No way I would ever let these guys do anything else wth my car!

The owner Pedro was very helpful he was very knowledgeable of the situation I was in my car over heated on the freeway and took me the the nearest shop very helpful towing service highly recommended to people by the Northwest Houston

I had absentmindingly backed my car into a ditch yesterday and called a AAA tow truck. In the meantime Pedro came to check out my situation and offered to help. Even though he was not getting the fare, I want to commend him for staying to help the AAA driver as they pulled out my car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Very courteous and gracious. If I ever need a tow again, Point 2 Point would be the company I call.
