Pop-A-Lock

I recently had a flat tire and reached out to Pop-A-Lock through my VW roadside assistance. Despite the initial estimated arrival time of 40-70 minutes, they pleasantly surprised me by arriving within just 15 minutes of my request. The gentleman who assisted me was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. He efficiently replaced the flat tire with the spare from my trunk in a mere 10 minutes.

His advice on whether to repair or replace the tire was valuable, showcasing his expertise and consideration for my situation. Although I regret not catching his name, I would like to commend him, especially highlighting that he's an older Black gentleman. His prompt and efficient service unquestionably earns Pop-A-Lock a well-deserved 5-star rating in my book.

I needed a key reprogrammed for my car, I called around multiple places who all said they needed to order parts. I went with pop a lock because they said they could do it the next day.

The appointment rolls around the next day and I received a call 15 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive that they don't have the parts. I wasted 24 hours waiting for them, when they never had the parts. I could have been using that time to get the parts ordered. So now I'm more days with out a car.

They need to take the 5 minutes to look at the job being scheduled and if they can actually perform the work prior to booking the appointment, and when I complained to the supervisor, she said they don't do that. So be aware.

Terrible company. Scheduled an appointment for them to unlock my car. They then called 30 minutes before the appointment time and said they had a meeting for the next two hours. Leaving my family and small child out in the cold with no way to stay warm because they had a meeting they "forgot about". Don't use this company a training meeting is more important than a family with a small child left out in the cold.

What kind of company schedules and appointment then cancels 30 mins prior because there is a training meeting? why did you schedule in the first place. left my friend and her child out in the cold until someone else way more reliable could be contacted.

I locked myself out of the house last night. I have called Papa lock before and they have provided excellent service, but the service was so horrible that I made them go away first of all he did not work on the door and then he wanted to write a receipt and bill me and for me to sign it. I told him that I would not do it. The second problem is is that he did not speak any English. The only way that he could communicate with me was dictating English in on his cell phone. The other thing that pop a lock did which really infuriated me is that they told me it would cost $79 but they didn't mention the $37 service fee I've use pop a lock for many years when I started using them it was only $50 for the service now it's 113 because of the service fee. They did not tell me about the service fee on the phone very deceitful marketing and I will never use them again.

They told me it would be a "special" $79.95. Ok, I was locked out of my house so I had no choice. They said they'd be there in 20 minutes but it was 28. And the **** technician gave me the bill and added a $49.95 SERVICE FEE! told me if I couldnt pay it all he would have to lock it back up and leave! What a jerk! What a shady company! I ended up giving him $120 and cussing him out! I promised him a bad review! Thieves! Liars! Idiots!

Horrible tech. Late and struggled to unlock my door. Had to call another company to come out. Thankfully the other company was out within the hour.

Fast friendly service from Donald! He has come to my rescue a few times unfortunately but he was very fast knowledgeable and great service!

I had Pop-A-Lock come out to jumpstart my car through my insurance roadside assistance. The rep was extremely helpful and even made sure I got to where I needed to go without stalling.
I was worried he wouldn't be able to get to the battery with the cars around me. Since he had a handheld charging device it was super easy!

I am a night nurse and I realized when I was about to leave my patients home I had locked my keys in the car.. I was so happy to see pop a lock sign. Joseph the technician was so kind and professional. I felt very embarrassed but Joseph displayed great customer service. Well done
