I decided to take my nieces out for a nail day. On Saturday 6/6/20. These pictures were taken 6/9/20. We all got dip which starts at $45. They charged me $85 My nails, the long white was suppose to be a long coffin shape. They are multiple shapes and sizes and studs are already falling off. Now my oldest niece got the sparkly nails and they charged me $75 DOLLARS!!!! She somewhat flied them down in the pictures but when they were first done they were a flare shape which she didn't want and told him multiple times to file it down. My other niece nails are horrible. One is cracked and another nail completely popped off. They charged me $65 for hers. I think they are a complete rip off. My bestfriend also came with us for a mani & pedi. They applied clear polish to his nails and it started chipping that day. He was going on a trip so he went back the next day for them to fix and the charged him $10, to fix their mistake. Ridiculous, never going here again.

Not the cheapest gel mani, but you pay for what you get! Kathy was so helpful in helping me choose between two colors I had in mind. I didn't spend more than 30 minutes in the salon and she spared no expense. I'm on day 5 and barely have one chip! I will always go back and see Kathy.

This is based in my experience. Well my nails look fine but it shouldn't have been such a battle. I went in yesterday with a picture and asked if it could be done explained I was new in the area and had never been in before and it was for my wedding. Lady says it would be easy and they could do it. Highly recommended the place( of course).
When I went it today it was a whole different story. Had to elaborately explain what I wanted 4 times and got the old man owner with rough hands who wasn't gentle. And didn't put the paint to the corner of my nails or make them smooth I finally explained to him this was for my wedding and it was my first time in he had a younger guy with gentle hands do it. He was better but when he went to put the silver on looked like a 5 year old was painting it on which I don't understand because everything else he did was very precise and good. I decided it just wasn't worth it anymore. Over 2 hours there and got charged full price.
Nobody who walks in and says they are getting their nails done for their wedding should be treated like this. It was the one part of my day that I was supposed to be pampered not stressed. And I got charged $100 for it. Not worth it.
I wouldn't call what I got a French with no pink just paint the tip of your nail white.
Management I made an appointment for today and my name and number are in your books. Feel free to contact me.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Annabelle A.Nashville, TN306067Feb 26, 2017
I usually go to Allure in Green Hills, but decided to give this place a try after hearing that they included hot rocks in their pedicures.
Atmosphere: Average. Massage chairs seemed kind of worn out and not fully clean. Music was louder than I would have liked, but that's a personal preference. Not super fancy interior, but a good size. Lots of seating for pedicures.
Service: Adequate. We were greeted nicely, but none of our technicians had much to say. Not overly friendly but not rude. I called the day before to book our group of 7 for pedicures, but a few of our technicians had to keep leaving in the middle to help other guests. This caused one of our party to finish about 15 minutes after everyone else.
Experience: The water for several of us kept getting cool. At one point, my feet were just soaking in cold water. Not pleasant. They were very vigorous with the scrubs on my legs (a little too harsh), but barely used the pumice stone on my heels.
Overall, the actual paint job was done pretty well, but I don't think I'll be returning. (Back to Allure I'll go!)Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Caraline P.Berea, KY037Dec 28, 2018
I enjoyed my visit at Posh. I went in for SNS nail dip and I was not disappointed. The host were very nice and offered me water several times throughout my visit which was very nice. I totally recommend.

Kelly, Tony and the team are great! They've been very careful with COVID precautions and they keep everything clean and sanitary. I've been coming here for years. Awesome selection of nail polish!

I rarely write reviews but I'm writing this to forewarn others to not frequent this Salon. This was my second time visiting this salon and both times my Dip polish has chipped early on. I thought I'll try going again thinking my first experience wouldn't repeat itself. Well it did. Dip polish should not chip. I normally go out in the Hermitage/Donelson area and see the same man each time and my Dip polish never chips with him. Also, the prices at Posh Salon and much higher than other salons. There's a sign on their wall notifying customers of their price increases. Quality doesn't match the generically inflated prices. Green Hills is a high priced area but generic in feeling because quality does not match the outlandish inflated prices. I hope this review helps to sway your decision to go elsewhere to avoid the same disappointment I frustratingly endured.

I am a long-time customer of Posh Nail Spa. Kelly, the owner, does dip nails for me every three weeks (that's right-- they last me 2.5-3 weeks every time!). I always call to make an appointment because sometimes they get very busy. I have had wonderful experiences there getting pedicures, gel manicures, and of course dip manicures. I also get my eyebrows waxed there and they do a fantastic job with that as well!

Tried this place out. They do a good job with masks and plastic dividers and instruments seemed to be sterilized. My gel manicure looks good, but they did no cuticle removal and the edges were rough when they were finished. I'll keep looking for a good nail place.

I came here to get a fill in and to reshape my nails and they were amazing! The color is beautiful and the shape is perfect! Went somewhere else before and posh nails fixed the other guys mess up. For a decent price too! Definitely will be back to get all my nails done from now on.
