I met with Kelly Wolford and Daniel Santola and it was very helpful. We discussed construction accident cases and Attorney Santola is very much the authority on those type of cases. He wrote a textbook about that area of law and teaches it to others officially.

      First to Review

My daughter had a major post birth medical emergency that was poorly handled by 2 facilities during which I contacted this firm based on their online profile. Of course they needed the medical records which both facilities are still dragging their feet on. Less than 3 weeks after initial contact we received a letter saying Powers & Santola would not represent us because, ostensibly, we were not moving as quickly as they would like. Heartless. In hindsight, I feel we dodged a bullet with their jettisoning us so early. Seems like a legal factory where clients are ground to a pulp. If you're reading this, keep looking for representation, you will be a number here, not a person in need.
