Un-Professionalism, Un-Responsiveness

I reached out to Premier Lending for professional help on a mortgage for my Mothers home, and was told I would receive a call back from your loan officer Jason M. Now it has been three weeks and to date I have not heard back from him or anyone else at the company. This is highly unprofessional and would not recommend using this company.

Stop looking any further: you've found your mortgage broker! PLC is amazing, I can say with certainty we would not have been able to buy the house we wanted without the hard work and dedication of the team here. We were doing a sale and using the proceeds for our purchase, closing on the same day. Our broker, Juan, was available day or night (literally, I texted him around midnight with a question and he responded right away) for any questions or to provide updates. These folks are pros, I can't recommend them highly enough!

My fiancée and I had an amazing experience today when we contacted Johanny Joseph to get pre-approved for a mortgage. It was after hours, and he did not hesitate to meet us at our home as we wanted to put an offer, but had many questions as this is our first time purchasing a home, or making such a big investment. Anyway, after our brief meeting he was able to pre-approve us for more than what the lender at our bank had prequalified us for. Manny is excellent and we recommend him highly. We researched various lenders and narrowed our choices to three companies. Manny Fajardo of PLC (Premier Lending Group) was one of the three lenders. We started a dialog with the goal to get the best deal and it didn't take us long to see that Manny's level of service and promises were real. Other lenders tempted us with initial unqualified offers of higher loan amounts or lower teaser interest rates and promised to match any rate. However, they didn't seem very honest or prepared compared to Manny. PLC was honest and offered us a much more favorable package that was better than the competitors. He also made the application process very simple for us because he was accessible day and night for all our questions. If you are in the market for a home loan or refinance, you should contact him! In our opinion, he is the best in the industry.
