Cindy at the Redmond office is The. Best. Competent, calm, accommodating, and kind. She explained everything she was doing (laser treatment on gums, deep cleaning, medications etc.). Asked about my favorite music and put it on Spotify for me. Office staff were super competent and also accommodating when I recorded my appointment incorrectly and arrived half an hour later than they expected. They waited for me and got me right in. Can't recommend this office enough -- they were all great.

Drove over an hour for initial NEW patient appointment, called to say we would be a few minutes late only to be DENIED appointment upon arrival. Unreasonable service, especially for a NEW PATIENT. Front desk receptionist had no empathy, nor bothered to escalate to doctor for exception given the time it takes to drive there AND drive home in rush hour traffic.

Poor customer service, especially during pandemic. Could not accommodate appt when I called and said would be a few minutes late. No empathy or regard for the hour long drive to get to the appt, nor the 1.5hour commute back home.

Make sure you ask very specific questions. I got two quotes for a tooth extraction and a dental implant. Premier was a little higher, but I decided to go with them because our dentist recommended them

Turns out the quote did not include the new crown. Very different from my dentist in Moses Lake. Bottom line is that a sngle implant with the new crown cost us over $6000. Wow!
Will never go back. Again make sure what they are quoting.

We are retired seniors and Medicare does not cover dental work. This one implant cost me almost as much as a full year's supplemental insurance premiums for BOTH of us

I recently had a periodontal graft surgery and, a few days out, I can barely tell I just had surgery! The staff was fantastic; both professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Toloue was quick, kind, and super skilled. I am very grateful for her great work and stellar team. Thank you!

Care may be good but their billing practices are verging on unethical. I specifically asked for an estimate before I had work done. I verified that my insurance company had been called and the estimate was correct. I went to this office because their estimate was far less than else where. When i got my bill it was TRIPLE the estimate. When I talked to the doctor, she agreed their billing system left much to be desired. She also said they do not call the insurance company but rely on a computer program to "guesstimate" what the charges will be so lying is anther service they provide. I would not go back to this office if they were the only periodontists in the state! Despite calling them about this issue and sending a long email on their website, I have not even had the courtesy of a return call/email. The lack of professionalism is appalling.
