Very unprofessional people, a threat of filing lien is their only tool.
I asked Sal to come out, check and provide me the same spec.

"The beam I measured" was 4 1/2 I asked you is this what you wanted? You said yes.
You never mentioned the 5". Otherwise I would have qyite you the 5".
I will still be filling the Lien..
