Prestige Town Car & Limo

I was in the area recently with my sons for a travel baseball tournament. I needed reliable, safe and timely pickup for one of my sons post a baseball game. Prestige was recommended to me by the Concierge at the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Singer Island. I called Robert at the last minute with a pickup request. He could not have been more gracious in his response and efforts to assist. Our family would highly recommend Prestige Town Car & Limo and the owner Robert. A great guy that goes out of his way to offer great service and a wonderful client experience. We hope to use him again next year.

To get us to Disney, my family needed a chauffeured SUV. They offer a reliable and practical car service. Excellent business to deal with. My family stayed with them for three days. They were timely, coordinated well, provided good value, never got lost, and drove clean vehicles. The best experience was this one. They offer a wide range of vehicles, and their drivers are consistently polite and professional. The car was brand new, and the driver was kind and accommodating.

Recently, my sons and I travelled to the region for a baseball tournament. After a baseball game, I wanted a dependable, secure, and prompt pickup service for one of my sons. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Concierge on Singer Island suggested Prestige to me. I requested a pickup when I last-minutely called Robert. He responded and offered to help in the most kind manner possible. We heartily endorse Robert, the proprietor of Prestige Town Car & Limo, and his company. A nice person goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and a lovely customer experience. Next year, we intend to use him once more.

I called 11/7 for a quote for family of 6 to PBI. She quoted $90 for an SUV which I said fine and added a nice gratuity as well. Pickup time was 7am 11/8 for a flight boarding 8:20am. I called after waiting outside 11/8 w family for 20 minutes, and not only was nobody coming, they seemed to care less the predicament my family was now in. What a disaster...what kind of service bails on a scheduled pickup (credit card and all) to the airport?! I would at ay far away from a company that leaves a family stranded and could care less about it***Edit - I see the owner wrote back 'wrong company' which isn't surprising. How do you explain this screen shot showing 7 minute call 11/7 to your published phone number? Right company...prove I'm wrong and the review comes down

We ordered a car to go to dinner with our kids and grandchild in a carseat! We had Robert and he did not disappoint. The vehicles are clean, the customer service was stellar, and Robert was an absolute joy. We even took a little detour on our way home down Worth Ave. At our request.
The kids were full of questions and Robert interacted and was so pleasant. He even pulled over so we could change a diaper WITH A SMILE AND A GIGGLE.
Robert gave us recommendations while we are here and I express enough gratitude for his top notch customer service. We were comfortable and treated like family. He gave us his cell to call in case we needed to change times because of the baby. Who does that??

The vehicle was awesome. We were very impressed with the limo. It was beautiful inside and out. Our driver did a phenomenal job as our driver from the time he picked us up until the time he dropped us off. The driver was very professional, punctual and courteous. We were truly impressed.

We've been using Prestige for years. Robert is alway prompt. His cars are always clean and Covid mindful. He's professional and polite. He's even notified me of flight delays before the airline!

We booked the Limo party bus online, which was very easy. The pickup was excellent. We were so impressed to see the driver already waiting for us at the airport. We had an enjoyable and relaxing ride throughout our journey. The Party Bus was well maintained and comfortable, giving us a smooth ride. I have rented limousines from several companies. However, this company was amazing! I loved the convenience of making the booking and how I could directly pay online unlike other companies. Booked the limo for my friend's wedding for 6 hrs. Was a very good experience and we were all satisfied by the quality of service starting from booking process, time management, cleanliness of the car and the ride itself.
