      This company cashed the voucher without providing the service. I complained to livingsocial and was told to contact this company. Finally reached them and they blamed it on on problem with the ls website. I scheduled the window washing and NO SHOW!Their phone number no longer goes to voice mail and just rings. LivingSocial is refunding me and has had several complaints.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

      As the other reviewers unanimously experienced, I too have been blown off twice, rescheduled, and now ignored.

      This company is a joke.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Same here! Scheduled an appt on a Saturday. Waited around all day and no one showed up or bothered to call. I called Sat-Mon, no answer, no answering machine either. You know it's a bad sign when you google a company and 2 of 3 first results are regarding bbb complaints! Read yelp reviews and realized they worth anymore time or effort. Groupon gave me a full refund, without question. They really do have excellent service!
      Back to Prestige, I found from research that they sell this deal on every deal site in the metro Chicago area. This company must be pulling a big scam. I really hope they don't get to keep their cut after these deal sites refund is... Maybe that's their whole scam!

      Same story. Bought the Living Social Deal. Long story but the short version is. Had 4 appointments with them. First one they didn't both to show or call; second one they called to cancel and rebook; third one they called to cancel again and rebook; fourth one is today. They were supposed to be here at 8AM and it's already after 9AM; no call. I doubt they're coming. I called the office and there is only an answering machine. Terrible customer service. And, of course, I still don't know if they do a good job with windows.
      If I could have rated this company a minus star I would have but yelp wouldn't let me submit unless I highlighted a star. Terrible customer service. And I don't know how I'll get my money back! I've asked them for a refund after their second cancellation and they said they couldn't because Living Social takes a portion.

      Wow! Why did I never see all of these before I bought a Groupon and set up an appointment for them to come clean our windows? Obviously they did not show up and like everyone else I can only leave a message because they never answer their phone. Thankfully Groupon tried to contact them for me as well (no luck) and Groupon also refunded my account (just will be put towards other Groupon purchases in the future). How on earth is this company still in business?
      Like others I would have liked to have given less than one star!!

      First to Review

      Ok, this is a long one. I recently saw a livingsocial deal for Prestige Window Washing for 79.00 for a full house, exterior and interior, and storm windows. I didn't see anything in the fine print about the amount of windows, so i decide to call the office first before i purchased. I tell him i have about 30 windows and the The owner tells me that would be fine, but that i needed to buy a voucher first then he could schedule me. I think, wow, great deal...i buy 4 of them (2 for this year, 2 for next year since there is an expiration of 2 years) and called him back to come out. The earliest appointment was a month out, fine. I Schedule for a Wednesday for 12:30pm. Taking off work, no one shows up. I call the office and they finally called back saying that there guys were running behind at another house can they reschedule. Although i'm upset, i understand that stuff happens but maybe someone could have called me sooner instead of me waiting around all day.

      The story gets better. My next appointment is a week later on wednesday again. I take off work, and No ONE shows up again. But this time, the window worker ANDY calls me personally on his cell phone saying he is sick, can he come on the weekend..any time for the inconvnience. Although upset, what can you do if the guy is sick. I rescedule for Saturday at 10 am.
      Coincedently, the owner calls me up to see how things went. I tell him the worker did not show up again but agreed to come out on a Saturday, and I was fine with that. I explained that I had the voucher and he tells me it's only good for 20 windows. Everything else would be additional. I told him that's not what he said when I spoke to him. I call Livingsocial to mediate the situation and the fine print tab did say 20 windows only with an additional charge for more windows. I said that this was not there before, and how can you put in the print that this is for an entire house, then fine print it at 20 windows which is on another tab. I'm very meticulous about reading the fine print and it was not there before. I even called to make sure before i bought 4 of them!!

      While we were waiting for living social's answer to the dispute, I decided to cancel the appointment. When Friday comes, I get a call to confirm my appointment. I'm like WHAT? I cancelled this with you! I assumed Living Social mediated the situation so that he agreed to do the work. Wrong? He had no idea what was going on..and he said since his workers are independent contractors, whatever you two work out is fine with him. I explained that I purchased 4 of them..and he said why in the hell would you buy 4? Never had i heard an owner complaining about someone buying too much. I told him, they last 2 years and i'll clean my window 2 times a year. The owner says if the contractor would do it, then it's fine with him.

      I call Andy back to explain the 30 window situation, and he said it was fine since he didn't show up the last time. That he would take care of it. I explained that I had another 3, and he said that would be fine, but that he would have to be the one that did it. Awesome,,,finally, i'll get me windows clean.

      Saturday comes, and the doorbell rings. The guy has a heavy European accent. I could tell this wasn't Andy voice. He said Andy was at a different location and he would do the work. YOU know what's coming...so i sit him down to go over the situation before he begins the work. He would not do what Andy said because these guys are independant contractors. Why wasn't Andy here? I played back the voicemail of our conversation, and although he agreed with me, he could not personally do the work for that price. Since he drove all the way to my house, he still wanted to do the windows. He counted them up, added the surcharge, 150.00 dollars. I told him thanks but no thanks.
      So after 2 no shows, 1 wrong show, 4 lvingsocials, 1 mediation session, 10 calls to the owner, living social tries to credit me back 319.00 to my account. I ask for my money back. They relunctantly gave it back to my credit card. My credit card would have taken it back anyways so they had no choice. As for the Livingsocial call back to the owner for mediation during this time, no one could give me an answer if it really happened.

      If i could give zero stars i would. What a horrible company. They didn't even try and when they did, they tried to pass the buck. Livingsocial did no better. I never write reviews but I saw this company on Groupon today, and so i decided to warn people, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Funny, but they changed their motto to 40 windows on Groupon for exterior only, 59 dollars. You think a smart business owner would have taken the 4 x 79.00 livingsocials I paid for since he's trying to sell the same thing now for 59.00 (although exterior only)
      Groupon has never waivered, as customers are first. Both sites have a Costa Rico trip on their board for 2,000 per person. Guess which site I'm going

      My experience with this company came through a Living Social deal. For
      $79, I was to receive cleaning of the screens, windows and tracks. A
      man from the company came this morning at 8 a.m. He went to work with
      only a rag and spray. He never used water, didn't take the screens off
      and never took the ladder off his truck. He did the inside first and
      then the outside and then left. After he left, I inspected the windows
      and found the tracks and bottom of the windows were not cleaned. The
      only part he cleaned was the glass.

      I called the company to let them know I was disappointed in their
      services and would like them to send someone else out to finish the
      promised job. I told them I would take pictures and
      email them, which I did. I received an angry call from a man at the
      company, in which he stated that he cannot clean chipped or rusted
      windows. I explained what he was looking at in the pictures was dirt
      since the windows are plastic and therefore do not chip, nor are they
      rusted. He asked why I did not follow him around and told me it was my
      own fault. I explained I work from home and was stuck on a conference
      call. He let me know he would send the same man out again, but
      wouldn't agree on a time when my husband could be home as well. He
      then advised me to just call Living Social and get my money back
      rather than finishing the job. I would not recommend this company to
      anyone. The man was very combative rather than accommodating and the
      work was poor.

      The company is a scam. I bought a voucher to wash my windows through Living Social 03/26/12, called to schedule appointment right away very exited to have my windows cleaned for the summer. The owner said they are very busy and the first available appointment is for May. I scheduled first available appointment at 8:00 morning, took time off the work. No one showed up, no one called me to let me know that they are not coming. I left a few messages and waited for an hour to get a call back. Finally, owner called me back and said he needs to find out what is going on. I waited for another 30 min and called him back, he says that truck is broken and no one will show up anytime soon and I can wait or reschedule. I cancelled and called Living Social to get my money back. Living Social was very attentive and credited my account right away.
      Today I saw their ad at Amazon Local offering the same deal for 79.00 and decided to write a review to share my frustration and a very negative experience. They have a very positive testimonials on their website which I am sure they wrote themselves.

      Add my experience to the list. A complete no show appt. and not a single answered call for over a week now on either phone number listed on their website. No email response either. I called Groupon and filed a report/complaint. I believe they tried to follow up with them and couldn't reach them either. Total scumbag company. DO NOT USE.

      It's hard to give a review when they never showed up to do the work. I e-mailed them through their site and never got a answer. I called them many times(they are always on the other line) left a message and still no answer. If you need windows cleaned you are better off doing them yourself .
