The drivers are horrible. I was driving home from work today and one of their female drivers in a white Highlander decided that she was going to cut me off slam on her brakes and flip me off and laughed the entire time. We came to a point in the road where we had to merge and once again she tried to run me off the road and I almost crashed into the median and once again the whole time she was laughing and flipping me off. I would not recommend anybody to take any rides from these people if this is how their drivers are driving. And I pray to God that they did not have a passenger in that car because she had no care for anybody's well-being not even her own. The police were contacted and hopefully she gets pulled over and hopefully she loses her job she's in the business of driving taxis but she's cutting people off and almost causing accidents while laughing the entire time.

If I could do no stars, I would. I called for a ride, and was told by an obviously intoxicated person, that I would need to pay ahead of time to go approximately three miles from my starting point. And the office is 3 miles from me. When I told the woman who answered the phone that I only had cash, she was still very insistent I pay ahead of time. I called several companies after declining, and they all said the same thing. I should have never been asked to pay ahead, unless it was a far distance. On another occasion, I was charged $40 to go three miles from my starting point, and was told it was because they had to come from the next town over to pick me up. Last time I checked, the meter starts on pickup. Even Uber and Lyft don't charge that amount for that trip. I also have a feiend who's entire bank account was drained and traced back to them, and she used them multiple times a week. Would never, ever, recommend.​

I used DeLand taxi ( one name they use) a few weeks ago for a return home from Sanford International Airport. I booked before flying in with all the flight information given to them. Upon arrival no message, no car. I called them and was told driver is on the way and was delayed by an accident on I4. Well that is believable.

When driver arrived I spoke with him on my drive home. First he cleared stuff off the seat and floor, his car was much older than those posted on the webpage. Okay no biggy guy is trying to pay bills. As the conversation developed there was no accident but a fare he was assigned impacted getting me! oh red flag.

We did not get on the 41 toll, but meandered through Sanford. 17/92 along the river was closed for road work. Drive gets longer, We missed a turn and had to make a u turn. Ride gets longer!

The next day I called to complain, not about drive but the accident lie and fare was 8 dollars more than Lift not counting tip.

Great service to the airport. Had issues with return trip, and Primo Taxi was very accommodating. Friendly, communicative employees. Highly recommend for professionalism!

I used Primo Taxi today for a short trip across town. The phone was answered promptly, the fare was established in advance and the cab arrived within 15 minutes of the call. The cab was in excellent condition and clean inside. The driver was courteous, cheerful and a good driver. I will use them again.

The wait time is terrible and the drivers are very rude. If you need ride and only have cash, try calling a different taxi. This company is trash and is not worth it. On top of that, they're overpriced. A mile ride with Uber or Lyft ranges around $7. While Primo is over $10.

I have continuously used this service with no problems until today where I experienced one of the worst rides. My driver had been listening to a podcast that was playing throughout the car speakers off of his phone that was speaking of inappropriate things such as pornography films in which scene audio was played. On top of the ridiculous disturbance of what he considered entertainment, he charged a fare of 9$ in which I was only 1.5 miles from my destination within Deland. Not to mention that there is a fixed rate of 8$ online and 10% off for students. Unfortunately the purpose of this ride was to reach my bicycle after I was caught in the rain or else I would have rather chosen that as my transportation
