My wife who takes wonderful care of her very expensive sunglasses by mistake set them down and my daughter sat on them and bent them pretty bad. My wife cried actually. Ivan at prince optical had them fixed like new super fast! I can't even believe it. I thought they were lost. What an amazing shop!

Excellent customer service! Aeven fixed my eyeglass frames in half an hour for a very reasonable price. When I picked them up Seva went above and beyond with her customer service. Cleaned my glasses and was very polite.

Best Phone Repair In El Cajon, not only did they have the best price but they fixed our phones that were not charging in under 10 minutes. 10/10

Prince Wireless & Optical was great. They have been doing my son's glasses for the last 3 years. They have completed 3 pairs of my son's glasses. They did an excellent job and my son loves his glasses. Thank you!

Really guys ? I walked in here at 4:00pm, maybe 7 other people were also in here, I'm already waiting for an hour to get fixed my glasses.
I talked to the guy at a counter, and he said "can you wait, I'll see if another customer have a quick question" now I'm waiting another 20min while he's fixing her IPad!!' Really ??? I feel like they'll serve 10 other people before they'll actually fix my glasses which will take them just 10min!
Horrible customer service! If you don't wanna waste your time for a 10min service I'd highly recommend you to choose ANOTHER place!

I went down there to get my sunglasses fixed because they weren't sitting on my face even and Aeven took my sunglasses to the back literally came back in 3 mins with them fixed. Super nice guy! Highly recommend.

My mom and I walked in and we were greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. We initially went in to repair my glasses frame their was no fixing them Aeven took his time to show me other frames to easily switch out the lenses and was very patient with me because I was very picky. I couldn't find a pair I liked so, he offered to just replace the sides of my frame where it was broken. Which I was so happy about because I love my frames. I'm so thankful I went to Prince Wireless and Optical. Well be coming back for all my Optical needs. They are like no other store. Thank you so much!

I am usually not the one that writes negative reviews but this business and the business owner deserved it....

I came here to get my grandmas glasses repaired I was second in line and waited for an hour for him to get to me to sell me a pair of glasses. Total time to find and give me the glasses 2 minutes.

Constantly kept taking other clients that paid him more money.

At the end I tried to explain that it was unacceptable and what he said was "it's okay".

I will not be recommending them to anyone and will not be going here ever again.

First of all, the person working there helped you guys in a timely manner, I was there to witness myself given that i'm the person in the picture. He helped you guys first before he got to us. Second, I never gave you permission to take a picture of me inside the store. I would appreciate it if you take down my picture and and stop spreading fake statements about the people working there. They were very nice and understanding. The fact that you got served first, yet complained about it as well shows how selfish you are. The world doesn't revolve around you. Grow up. And also, please take down my picture. Thank you.

came in with glasses i accidentally sat on, which the temples were bent and the lens popped out and left the store with my glasses fixed almost immediately. great service and very kind people! recommend this place for all glasses/phone repair
