I have to say I absolutely love going to priva medis! Been here several times for injections, Dr. Merlino and his staff is amazing, I recommend going here if you want a professional patient doctor and a friendly staff, and clean office. THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!

Dr. Merlino, Janet and Carmen are so welcoming and professional. I have been to the office 3x and have been so happy with the results every time. I've had my lips, and eyes done with no pain, hardly any swelling and he's very fast. Can't wait to go back!

I had to make sure I wrote a review, or it would be unfair for those who haven't experienced Priva Medis, to miss out on it. I highly recommend Priva Medis. They're are all you hope for when you visit a physician's office, the total package. It first begins when calling to schedule an appointment, followed by your arrival at their office and then seeing the physician. Drs. Merlino and Del Valle, as well as their staff, are professional, courteous, accommodating and treat everyone with the utmost respect. They're dedicated to their profession and to assist those seeking help.

I've been going to Priva Medis for several years and always get treated with VIP treatment. Staff and doctors are all very caring and professional. It is a pleasure to go to their office and be seen at your scheduled time.

I arrived to the appointment made a month in advance and the doctor - Alejandro Del Valle - is out. Nobody called to notify me. The staff seems very desorganized and other patients in the waiting area were complaining about the long wait. I was offered to reschedule or see another doctor - Gary Merlino. I chose the second option. I waited 15 minutes to be called in. This is my second time in this clinic. Just went for an annual physical and lab work. I noticed Dr. Merlino was polite but very brief and looked like in a hurry compared to the time I saw Dr. Del Valle.
