I don't like this place. They do good work, I've heard, but the customer service in my situation was lacking.

I went in when they were crowded. I asked if I returned later (to avoid the line) would that work. She barely gave an answer.

I returned an hour before posted close time, and I guess she was annoyed. I didn't force her to take us. I asked. She grudgingly agreed. Then proceeded to put a GEL PEDICURE on my 75 year old mother. This stuff never comes off. It had to *grow out.

Unethical, and either punitive or they just ran up the bill because they were pissed to not be able to close early.

Either way, I won't be back.

Went in asking for my acrylic to be soaked off. The nail tech ended up prying and chipping the acrylic off of my nails. I told her I did not want it pried off because it hurts for me and I would rather pay to soak them off. She said ok but later continued to pry and chipping the acrylic away. I say there in pain and discomfort. Poor service and lack of consideration.

Haven't been in a while. Glad I came back. They got me right on in for a pedi and mani. Sam is amazing!!

The only good point of this place was they got me in fast.

The shop absolutely overwhelms the nose with nail polish remover to the point of inducing headaches. The interior looks decrepit, like nothing has ever been upgraded or replaced. I literally had the equivalent of a toothpick used to clean my nails. The gal that did my nails was aggressive and rough, and when finished my nails had chips in them and jagged cuts that snagged on my pockets. 50 dollars for both sets and it was really just a horrible experience from start to finish. I had to go home and recut my nails just to make them half decent. I might be a guy but I still enjoy good service.

Went here for gel tips & the staff was very polite & respectful! Overall I think my nails turned out great- there's just a few finishing details that I wish were done a bit more carefully. (Like the paint on the sides of the nail is a rough & not all the nails are the exact same shape)

That being said, no one would ever notice the minor things except for me as I stare at them all the time so I'd say, overall, 9/10!!

Hands-down this was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. This is a dip powder manicure which I've had done elsewhere previously and it turned out great. I did ask her to correct it because it was even worse than this. And it still looks like this and she ignored me when I asked for more correction.

Aug 5, 2022. Speed pedicure - your call if good or bad. $35 Nails left long (so you come back sooner.) Base coat, 1 coat color, topcoat. Under 30 minutes.

I was pleased with the nail service. I've been here a few times now for a full set, pedicure, and fill-in. Each time I was in and out in an hour. I have never felt rushed, I think they just work quickly. Each time I've liked the nails. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins after I arrived (but I also try to go when they first open or are close to closing).

My husband and I went for a pedicure. Mine was fine. My husband is legally blind and cannot see. It was a very fast service. The lady took the greater and brushed it over his feet a timer to, and proceeded to move on at which time I said oh no, he needs a little bit more work that did not sit very well with her. She was very lazy. Did not seem interested in doing the job was going through the motions. I could tell it was not a good job just from sitting there there was no debris anywhere from anything. Then she proceeded to start talking about me and my husband because she was upset when I said that greeter is clean it has nothing on their my worker said something to her and she shut up all in all no it was not a good experience. No it was not a good job not even a half job you see what they didn't know was I am a teacher, cosmetology and nails and I do know I have worked for over 40 years, so I'm very well-versed in what to do and how to do it and yes, I could've done it and save myself some money. I just cannot tell you how upset I was and unhappy. I have always received a fairly decent service there but this time we went to the very bottom of the pot. Thank you for listening. Hope you have a better service.

I have gone to this salon for a while now and I have always been happy! Yesterday; however, I got a fill with some stones added at extra cost. I left loving my nails! Within a few minutes of leaving, a stone popped off. I went back and she gladly fixed it. Within a few more minutes another stone popped off so I, again, went back to get it fixed. This time she seemed a little frustrated, but she fixed it. I got home and showered within 2 hours of getting the nails done and every one of the stones came off in the shower. Frustrated, I called to see what could be done and I was told to come back in and they would fix them again. Gas is ridiculous, but I paid for them so I agreed to go back, but the next day. No issues. Get there today and they are reasonably busy. I completely understand that! I was immediately greeted and told the tech that did my nails yesterday would get them fixed. I waited while she finished with her client, but they apparently were getting a set too. It takes a while to do a full set and I wasn't willing to wait for an hour and a half to 2 hours for them to fix a mistake they made. This is not my fault by anymeans and my time is valuable. The tech offered to refund me $5. That does not take care of the divets in my nails from the stones that should be there. I said no and that I'd get them next time, but I think I'll find a new salon. I feel like if I pay $70 for a FILL I should not have any issues and my nails should look great. I have never had an issue with them, but don't want to single her out and decline her services when I go next so I'll just find somewhere else to go. I will be calling for my $5 refund as I will not waste anymore gas to go there.
