I've been coming for years and it's only gotten worse. I've heard the owner Chris lie on the phone constantly about the wait to people. They have 8 pedicure chairs and lucky if two people working. It's understaffed but they don't admit it and they rush and do a shitty job because of it. Only reason I come is it's so close but I think this will be my last time. Almost an hour sitting to get a polish change with only two other customers.

I've been coming here for years. This is my go to place for a full set that's good quality and won't have me sitting in a chair for 2+ hours. Chris always does an awesome job.

I absolutely love coming here. I just moved back to Cleveland and needed a new nail tech and they do a wonderful job every-time I am there. Definitely recommend!

I love this nail salon. Chris is amazing, fast and efficient. Prices are reasonable. So glad they are close to my house.

The owner runs a really poor operation. It takes forever to get served, no communication, lousy products, and you really notice the difference when you go to a different nail salon and the results are night and day. The technicians are kind and wonderful, but they don't enough supplies to do the job correctly. The vibe of the place is like the salon is going to go out of business in the next few weeks, so lights don't work, not very clean, you just don't feel good going there.

The service at this salon is so awful. They tried to force me to keep my feet in burning hot water. Threatened to kick me out if I did not leave my feet in the water, gave me the wrong color polish and threw the hottest towel of all times on my legs after the 10 second massage and began laughing immediately after doing so. They just were not caring at all and charged 60$ for terrible service and 1st degree burns. I'll never go here again after today no matter how bad I want a service done. I've had my nails done here before as well and don't even get me started on how bad they drilled my real nails down and laid all the acrylic on so thick my nails looked like turtle shells were placed on top. Don't risk a fungal infection or getting burned going here

I was a little skeptical of the salon from the reviews, but a friend had nothing but great things to say about Chris from the couple of times she went. Ty did my nails and she was phenomenal. Her attention to detail and cleanliness was lovely, and she checked in throughout the whole time to make sure I was comfortable and liked everything. A couple of new people have started working at the salon in the last month and they clearly are great at what they do. I would definitely give them a shot!
