Pro Nails

I went on Mother's Day because they were the only place open in the area and they were taking walk ins. I thought it would be great because they were PACKED!! But they were just okay. It was my first time here and the man that did my nails was SO NICE!!! I would give him 5 stars just for customer service alone.
My nails started lifting from the acrylic just a couple of days later as well as the polish chipping and I paid for gel polish. But I am assuming the polish was old because when I got home and got a good look at the polish, it looked like bubbles or something.
I'm not sure about this place.

since when can a customer leave and return and still have their place in line. If I did I would have went behind whom ever I fell in line with at the end. Very unprofessional Big eyes and little U's ... since when can you leave from your lineup to go get something to eat and remain in the same place?

I love going to Pro Nails. My nails and eyebrows always look great. I have received discounts and they are always very nice to me.

First let me say Tammy does an amazing job with eyebrows!! I've been a faithful customer with them for a while but the service and quality has just gotten worse and worse. The last few times, the gel coat they use on the top looks like they tried to make it stretch by adding something because it didn't cover my nails all the way. If someone is paying you (they are not cheap lol), they pay for quality products. They also forced me to get my nails and feet done at the same time, as if they were were running a factory. Quantity over quality. It's a spa, just wait until I finish my pedicure. I give people the benefit of the doubt but They've done this the last two times I've went‍.
Lastly, and most important. I got a pedicure the last time I went and thanks to them my reward was a $500 podiatrist bill and antibiotics. Do not let them do anything to an ingrown toenail because you will leave in much worse shape than you came in!! I felt discomfort leaving, but woke up the next day in PAIN.

This place gets busy fast so I would suggest maybe making an appointment as the first time I attempted a walk in I had to leave before I could get seen and the second time the actual time spent in chair was longer than I am used to, but it was WELL worth it! Staff was friendly and paid great attention to detail, my nails were exactly what I wanted when I walked out. I will definitely be returning.

My nails look awful, the man who did my nails was rude and inattentive. One nail broke less than a week after getting them done and others are peeling and crooked. Waste of money!

I feel if you're going to work at a nail salon you should know basic French tips. Literally paid $$ for NOTHING. My toes nail weren't even cut probably, he couldn't do French pedicure and then ran out of the color when I decided to switch. Get employees who know what they are doing or teach them on people who aren't PAYING FOR SERVICES!

Got a pedicure and the lady cut my toes at an angle. So uneven. Likely will go to the near by salons

I love Pro Nails I've been going here for years! They have recently did renovations and it's wonderful. Peter and Tammy help every-time All nail techs are fabulous .
