Pro Nails

I have had long nails since I was 16 years old. I get gel on top. I decided to try dip a few weeks ago and they added a bottom "clear layer". The clear layer started to peel with the dip powder so I went in for a fill. The man tried to put super glue on my real nails. When I explained to him that I didn't want super glue, he got upset and passed me to another girl.

I sat with cold acetone for almost 20 minutes and the girl went to take the clear coating off and chipped my nails off, dented my nail base and messed up my cuticle.

I informed the manager/owner and she laughed in my face and said I didn't have any nails to begin with.

Unprofessional; condescending and not good at dip or gel.

I had to cut my nails all the way down and will have to cut them down again as the white bruises to my nails grow off. What a mess!

Service was good price was better... not my usual quality of work but definitely a good place to go in a bind take off, full set and eyebrows only $80 .. not bad

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. These are some very racist people who treat POC like crap. Doesn't listen to us when we tell them WTF we want. This dude had the audacity to "SHUSH" ME. So, I told him to never ever shush me again. He told me to play on my phone and let him work

And the very immature 29 yr old female receptionist-- that walks around with her nose in the air-- like her sh*t doesn't stink, presses my buttons. She is really disrespectful and cuts me off when I tried telling her what the guy did. I'm never coming back. There is a NOTICABLE difference in he they treat POC vs non-POC. Their work is also crappy and they're lazy.

It was an obvious language barrier so I pulled up a translator app in order to communicate with him and make sure he knew what I wanted bc he was relying on the receptionist to be his interpreter. So, I typed that I would like him to give me red french tip and to replace the acrylic that's on each big toe (My toenails won't grow due to an Endocrine medical condition--but it's getting treated), and he read it, then got upset and said, "I do know tiny bit English. Talk English." I said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend you. I was just trying to meet you where you're at and also noticed you relying on 'her' to interpret what I'm saying to you." Then he proceeds to polish my entire nail instead of FRENCH TIP.

I would give Pro Nails in Culpeper Virginia a negative star rating if available. I was seated at the #8 seat with a gentleman. He cut two of my fingers. After the first two coats of polish, he said he was done, the polish was not even, and caked. None of my nails came out looking anything the same. For $50 dollars I expected better service. I was traveling and did not do my research. I believe he used super glue to attach the nails. Very rude shop, and you can not understand a word they say. He was upset he didn't get a tip, but when my fingers bleed, no way will you be rewarded for such poor service.

This was my first visit to this salon and I will not be back. I made an appointment on a Saturday knowing that it is a busy day. Hence why I made an appointment, but I still waited 30 minutes for my pedicure which was performed by 3 different people and no acknowledgement by the staff for the wait or the constant staff rotation. My nails are unevenly painted and look like I did them myself. Never again!

Awful customer service! I usually get my nails done in Northern VA but I deceived to go somewhere in my hometown. This is what I got from Pro Nails...My nails were done horrible. French nails were crooked, I have hair and air bubbles in my nails. They were shaped horrible. I went back and told them I was unpleased and wanted to know if I could get them fixed or a refund and the man or owner was so disrespectful. He told me that's good work and they won't do anything. In addition, he had the worst attitude. He told me that's how they do French nails. I told him so this is not how you treat your customers with bad customer service. Never have I had horrible nails like this. What a waste of my money. Back to Northern Va I go for better nails and customer service.

Went in for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure I have ever received. My big toe is infected and in pain.

I love this place. It's not overpriced, it's clean and the employees are so kind. Tim did my nails with care and precision.

I would give a negative review if I could! They destroyed my nails using a drill to remove the gel and dip! They also did not use clean tools! Are the people even licensed.

Not a good experience! My nails are not shaped properly. It was expensive and I don't like my nails! ‍
