I just moved to Ohio & was looking for a new place to start going to for my nails. I read the great reviews of this place & was super excited to try it out but I am so disappointed. I will not be coming back here. I was rushed the second I walked in, the guy rushed doing my nails & messed them up completely. They're all crooked, none of them are the same size, uneven, not the right shape, & none of them even look the same. I would definitely advised looking for somewhere else to get your nails done.

I have been getting a manicure and pedicure combo for as long as I can remember. (At least 20 years)
This is by far the worst nail salon that I have ever been to!
My nails look worse than before I came. It saddens me honestly.
Not only do I have cuts to my cuticles now but I have gel on my skin and I still have cuticle that needs to be removed.
When I asked for a revision I was told that "this is how we do it here for 10 years"

I was a walk in and asked if there was availability for a gel polish change and a dip polish change for me and my daughter. They said yes, so we started soaking. Paul started first on my gel polish and we were informed he would do my daughter next (would have liked to have known that we wouldn't be done at the same time or close to it). Then someone came in with an appointment. Paul mentioned he would finish mine, do hers, THEN do my daughters. He was very rushed and left me mid-polish to help another walk in with a polish removal. He rushed through my gel polish which looks very messy (it was on my cuticles and uneven and I've tried to fix it). As I was checking out he was asking if we were coming back to have my daughters nails done, as I answered him he answered his phone and totally ignored me! We left paying for more than we should have for a gel polish and two removals. Very disappointed, won't be back unless they comp the service to try and earn our trust.

First time getting my nails done here. I don't get my nails done ever, but was so comfortable with Lily! She explained every step along the way and made sure I liked what I was seeing before she would proceed.
They stayed open WAY late to do an acrylic full set on me for a wedding I'm attending tomorrow. They scheduled me with no hesitation and welcomed me as if I was a regular!

I'm so mad. I went in for a balance since my regular nail salon was booked for the day. THEY CHARGED ME OVER $80 FOR A BALANCE. for short nails that i do not even like. the shapes are all different and the sizes. i'm so angry right now. do not reccomend.

Customer service is not good. I would not recommend. Paul is very rude and has been for all the years I have gone there. I am retired now and have time to shop around for a salon that treats you with respect and values your business and I am looking forward to it. Paying as much as it costs (and leaving a tip regardless), and be treated as he does, is not acceptable. Even after scheduling an appointment and being there ahead and on time does not protect you from being yelled, treated rudely (moved around to accommodate others) or getting your appointment time. Going from having dips, gels and acrylic nails for work to manicures and pedicures I was badgered in my 2-minute manicure for not selecting one of those and then directions yelled at me to go to the chair. Ever been spoken to and then before you can respond, have a person totally ignore you multiple times talking to the customer in the chair next to you. I felt insulted and made the decision this was the last time I would ever go to this salon, after having put up with it for years because of the location. So glad to be retired and have the time to find and go to salons and enjoy it.

I'm going to start this by saying i have worked in customer service (and currently do) and have never left a bad review for a single place I've been, no matter how bad it is. That being said, I went here for months a while back, because I went with a friend and was anxious to find another salon. They never did well. My nails always turned out uneven in length, shape and sometimes color. I almost always got Paul to do my nails. He was very rude to me and never remembered me even though I have pink hair and went in every three-ish weeks. Whenever I came in he would tell me I should dye my hair purple as it would "look so much better on me". He also would ask me about my plans for college (I was a junior and senior in high school at this time) and when I told him I was going for art, Paul acted offended. He would go on long rants about how I should go to school to a be a doctor or lawyer instead, how I would never make money with a degree in the arts. Even when I specified I wanted to do art education, he still was very rude and said I would be poor. This exact conversation happened multiple times. I always left with overpriced, terribly done nails and all while upset because of what Paul would say to me. I do not recommend at all.

I was very disappointed with the gel manicure service. The gel polish is over top of my cuticles so it will begin to lift in a couple days. The color has streaks through it where you can see that it wasn't applied evenly. I definitely will never be back to the salon to get a gel manicure.

Ok so I have tried several different places and this by far is the best for balance on my nails and Lily is an expert in ingrown toe nails.
All 3 employees are good. You will not be disappointed.
You can make an appt which I highly recommend just because sometimes they do get busy and they do not ever have more than 3 working at a time.
The salon is clean and they have an amazing selection of nail color choices. The nail polish is never old like it is in some other salons.
They usually play music on Pandora that is soothing to many age groups.
