Pro Nails

Went there today got my nails done and now my tips are PURPLE will never come here again!! Update went to er they said they are infected and gave me antibiotics
Called the store said they wouldn't do anything at all

My mom and I wanted to get pedicures to spend time together. The place was super busy. However, they rushed through our pedicures and weren't even consistent. I got treatments on one foot, but not the other. I was going to ask for a design, but before I knew it, I was being asked to walk barefoot through the salon to the drying area. My toes aren't fully covered with the color I chose, and my mom still has her previous color showing. I didn't get a top coat, and there's still nail polish on my toes. They were the only nail salon open for the holiday weekend, but we shouldn't have been rushed through. We will only go to Expo Nails in Sidney from now on.

I'm from Troy, Ohio. So this shop is about 25-30 minutes away but if your nail tech is MAKAYLA it will be worth the drive infinite times around!! She makes sure her work is HERS and not the shops. All of her experience is personal and her work proves that she can accomplish anything you'd like professionally. I always tip $15 because she's the only one there that actually cares about her clientele more than the money. 10/10. I'll be back in two weeks, per usual.

Extremely, very disappointed. Came in to get a simple acrylic set. First off let's start with I have very short bitten natural nails. This has never been a problem for anyone in the past to apply and shape acrylics on. It might take them a bit longer but that's the only issue that arises.
My entire manicure was a disaster. They're very misshapen, uneven, and jagged. I told her I wanted a medium to long almond shape and left with a short almond shape that is honestly embarrassing. The design I asked for was messy and sloppy and poorly executed. This wouldn't have been such a problem if my nails weren't so poorly shaped and filed. There was also no cleanup to my nails whatsoever. My cuticles were flooded, polish around and under my nails, and the color VERY unevenly applied. Had initially asked for blue which we changed to white and left with the initial blue shade all around and under my nails.
I'll just take my business elsewhere. Left this establishment nearly in tears feeling awful.

I just got a gel manicure here the other day and I was very disappointed. I have gel on my skin and it is unevenly applied. Also, my nails were not shaped the same way. I usually love showing off my new shiny gel manicure but am not excited to show this one off. I will not be going back even though I work right up the road.

Mixed feelings, pedicure and gel manicure for myself and daughter (who is 11) was somehow over $110. Which okay maybe they charged full price for her and the price of $110+ seems more reasonable then but I wouldn't know because I have no record of what was charged to who. Our pedicures look fine minus my feet still have rough spots. My daughter's technician worked hard and although they aren't perfect she was working with a nail bitter so I get it. My nails look like I did them myself at home, except I actually paint all of the nail. When ask to correct my issues let's just say it didn't happen.

Noo Stars! TERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Some of the rudest ladies I have ever been around! The out come of the nails were sloppy and not even at all what I asked for! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! There is a better nail place down the street!!!!!!!

I got my first pedicure today at Pro Nail. I was taken care of by Annie and she was AMAZING. I was very pleased. Being pampered is always a good thing. Getting pampered by such great people was a bonus.

I get my nails done here frequently. Everyone is very friendly and the price is comparable to others.

Horrible. The lady I had was in such a rush my ends of my full set are uneven and even told her what I wanted in them and I told her I didn't want that color and she added because she wanted it. Under my nails are a mess with the top stuff all hardened. She even charged me $45 when usually a full set is $32. Very disappointed will NEVER GO BACK. Don't recommend to anyone
