Hands down, The Best Chiropractor in Santa Monica! I came in barely being able to walk up my stairs after a pulled muscle in the gym. I tried 3 different chiropractors in marina, venice and santa monica before I found them and NONE of them compare to prodigy. Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Megan know what they're doing. I feel super comfortable here every time I come in. Highly recommended.

My initial visit to this MDR office was prompted by intense pain in my lower back and leg. Dr. Megan exuded kindness and compassion, instilling a sense of confidence in her care. However, within less than 12 hours after my first treatment, the pain escalated to the extent that I had to seek emergency care at the ER. Following this, I was prescribed multiple pain medications.

Returning to the office two days later, still in agony and sleep-deprived, Dr. Megan reviewed my CT scan results from the hospital. She suggested utilizing a spinal decompression machine at their alternate location for rehabilitation, advocating for its efficacy in avoiding surgery, which she believed could exacerbate my condition. Desperate for relief, I opted for this treatment plan, agreeing to pay in installments over the coming months.

Regrettably, the pain persisted, and I found myself back in the ER within another 12-hour timeframe, necessitating emergency surgery. Subsequently, my partner visited the office to request a refund, which was initially promised without hassle. We were informed to fill out a form on their website for refund processing, which we promptly did.

Despite assurances of a refund within 10 business days, I received a call from Dr. Megan herself on the ninth day, proposing further treatment. Feeling let down by the prior experience and questioning the integrity of their actions, I declined any further discussions regarding treatment.

Resorting to a chargeback through my credit card company after the stipulated refund period, I was informed by Dr. Megan that they do not issue credit card refunds but offered to mail a check upon receiving my address details.

Upon consulting with my credit card company, I learned that such practices are not uncommon, aimed at circumventing refund obligations once chargebacks are canceled. These tactics cast doubt on the business's ethics. Despite my personal experience, I cannot comment on the quality of care, though it is evident that there are reputable practitioners who uphold transparent and ethical business practices. My advice: proceed with caution and explore alternative options.

Absolutely amazing place. The head chiropractor and all of his staff are extremely professional very warm and very good at what they do. I've been to many chiropractors, and I would never go to another place again. I went twice a week for a few months and now I go once a week and I will probably go forever.

Dr. Megan saw me in an urgent appt and gave me relief to get through the weekend! Very thorough, professional and helpful! Definitely going back.

Carlos is the best chiro I've ever been too. Great office. Clean, efficient, patient. Great care and great doctors. Carlos is my favorite. Great guy and great doctor. I always feel taken care of here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love going here and have made a lot of progress on a car accident issue I've been dealing with. Still a ways to go but I can tell Carlos and his team and helping me heal. Thank you Carlos. You're the man!

Dr. Rodriguez is a rockstar! I went in for severe shoulder and back pain and he's been helping me on a serious road to recovery. He has great technique and I always leave feeling refreshed and my pain eased. He also was able to assist in pushing back in a pulled rib -- knew I'd done that immediately when I explained my pain. Highly recommend this practice.

It's always great to return to Prodigy Chiro Care. It had been a while and I really missed this important aspect of a good health regiment. Dr. Carlos and his staff are always kind, considerate, and efficient. I feel so much better after a deep massage and thorough adjustment. Thank you for helping me keep in good shape. I've made a new commitment to regular chiropractic care!

I'm so glad to have found Dr. Rodriguez at Prodigy Chiro Care. He is great at what he does and they are open on Saturday which is great. highly recommend!

I injured myself working out this morning and could barely walk! I called Prodigy Chiro Care and they were able to get me in immediately. They were so helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this place!

Where to begin? I came to Dr Carlos 6 years ago after multiple disc dislocations in my lower back. It was the first time I'd ever used a decompression machine. His team was very kind and helpful in setting me up for spinal decompression. Within the first few treatments, I felt mobility returning and a distinct reduction in pain.

The new machine they recently got is a huge upgrade, too. It's extremely powerful and gentle: I came in with a busted disc again last week, and within one treatment + adjustment, my pain went from a 7 to a 2.

The real magic though is Dr Carlos and his team--they are super skilled, knowledgeable, and have a deep understanding of body mechanics. Dr C boasts he can adjust almost anything, and he has, including stuck hip joints, SI, knees, and even my wrist/palm. He knows what he's doing through decades of experience and it shows.
