Progressive Carpet Cleaning

This guy is so unprofessional. I have set up for him to come out last Monday he came out clean the carpets obviously they look fine as he was leaving because they were wet. As they begin to dry days later they started discoloring little by little and now I have four rooms of discolored carpet. I called this set person Corey the person that came out and owner of the business and he basically said that he has nothing to do with this. I requested they come out and take a look. He basically laughed at me and hung up on me. He did not accept any form other than cash for payment. I had to go to the grocery store and do a withdrawal. I should have looked at the red flags but the damage was obviously already done because the carpets were done. I have tried to contact him a couple of times no remarks back no follow-up in that thing.

I called a couple days b4 Christmas to see if there were any appointments available. I was told by the owner "sure no problem" and was extra excited because I was hosting a last minute Christmas dinner of 40 people. My appointment was for the day before Christmas Eve btwn 10am and 2pm. When I got a confirmation call I asked if it could be done sooner as I had a ton of cooking to do and some errands to run. He said again "sure no problem I'll be there in 30 min by 10am your my 2nd customer. At 11:30 I CALLLED and asked what's going on? The owner said the truck broke down. I asked well what's going to happen, I NEED to be serviced as you promised??? I have people arriving for Christmas!!! He said another truck would be coming by 2pm and that now one of his employees would be taking care of me. At 2:30 I called the owners cell to verify someone was on their way, but now no answer. I called his cell every 30 mins until 4pm and left numerous texts and voicemails, still nothing. At 4:10 I got on the internet searching and praying that it wasn't too late for an appointment Christmas Eve. There was no one of course. I could not believe the lies and poor, unprofessional, unacceptable behavior of the owner of Progressive Carpet Cleaning. They will never have to worry about me or any of the family, friends and co-workers I've explained this ordeal. THANKS FOR NOTHING PROGRESSIVE!!!

This company is horrible they were supposed to come and clean my carpet between 3 and 3:30 when they didn't show up I called at 4:34 434 that guy was nasty and started sending me vulgar texts do not use this company

Gave them a shot to see if it was worth the bargain. Absolutely NOT!!


Made false claims, not advertised accurately and at the end they do not deliver. I told the owner when I booked it I had certain stains and marks that I couldn't get and he made it sound like they can get anything done. Guy who came started telling me that certain marks don't come out, I needed to get it out as soon as it was noticed (which I told the owner I tried and he said they could)........

I will stick with the reputable companies that are more expensive. It actually deliver as opposed to making excuses. Should be able to leave a half star, or less!

Great carpet cleaner, I had a bad stain on my carpet,but after a few swipes with his magic wand, it was gone.

Very unprofessional and borderline crazy. I just had the worst experience with this company. After the owner cleaned my carpets on Christmas Eve (which I appreciated greatly) he decided to call me back at close to 11:00 at night to inquire about a family member who was cleaning while he was here also. That wasn't the worst thing, but what happened next is completely unacceptable. He proceeded to tell me about all the sexual things he wanted to do to her which among other things included peeing on her. I was floored and hung up. He called me back 4 more time but I did not answer. He left very rude and inappropriate voicemail messages and it didn't stop until my husband called and told him in no uncertain terms to lose our numbers. He even called my husband back and rudely apologized but turned around and started to as for a "favor" to which my husband hung up also. Very unprofessional and honestly quite scary. His disgusting act has ruined my Christmas spirit and quite frankly scared and disturbed me. I don't know why someone should think it's acceptable to behave in such a manner.

When I made the appointment with Corey, he seem to be an ok guy. He changed my appointment 2x's because he was so busy. That was fine. When he came, he mentioned that he had ran out of water and needed to use my water spot. I was not happy with that, but said ok because my area rugs needed to be cleaned for a party I was having 2 days later. The carpet stayed wet for almost 3 days. The bleached smell made my husband sick. My one white area rug he cleaned is ruined. He over bleached the fibers, so now they look brown instead of cream. I have yellowish and brownish spots on my white area rug. It's no way to get that cleaned properly, so I'll have to replace the entire rug. He gave me one price for the cleaning over the phone. When he arrived to my home I eliminated an entire room and hallway from then cleaning and he still charged me the same price. I would never use him again and hope others will read reviews before deciding to use this company.

don't use this company please go to any reputable well know carpet cleaning service this one is not for you, I have to agree with the previous post, 1st of all I wanted carpet and couch cleaned of course once here the guy knew nothing about my couch, but was going to let it go I did at least get my carpet done, but of course once he left guess what I found a chip out of my dining room table that was not there before he came, so I did what any normal person would do made a call to notify about the damage and what did I get "what do you want me to do ? buy you another table?" of course after that response I was livid he also stated "how do I know that was not there before they came" after that I lost it, but just trying to warn you do not use this company please go any place else but here, he made it like I'm that pressed to sit around wait for a service then fake a damage claim, I should have know when I called they try to hard to sell their services stating how good they are, pick a well known company that has been in business longer than a few yrs. Don't make the mistake we did.

I called and scheduled and appointment with this man, gave him my exact address and he said everything was all set. I asked if my home was within his service range (2 miles north of the town he works out of) and he said YES. On the day of my appointment I called him to confirm our appointment (now 2 hours away)... and he started yelling at me that my home was way too far out of his service range and if he were to drive to my home he would lose all of his workers and lose his whole business because of me. he asked "do you want me to lose my business because of you??" he was yelling the F word to someone in the background and when asked who he was talking to he replied "my elderly mother". He blamed me for the potential loss of his workers and business because he neglected to check if my home was within his range. This man is an unproffessional JERK. They are the cheapest in town.. for a good reason! You get what you pay for.
