Brilliant florist. Gustavo is so creative and the arrangements are beautiful. The flowers are gorgeous and very fresh. Great value and service.

I have received a lot of flowers in my life but the flowers from Psychopomas florist came today and they are exquisite! Unique, beautifully arranged, thoughtfully packaged for delivery, and so fresh! As if they have just been cut from the garden. I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner, Gustavo, because of an address mix up - not their fault, they were given the wrong address - and he was such a class act. When you have business owners like this in your neighborhood it makes you never want to go anywhere else. Forget online 800 numbers and order here - locally in LA and get the personal skill and talent that only a superior florist who takes pride in his work can contribute. I am so impressed by this gift of flowers. My friend who sent it is a class act. These pictures do not do it justice.

Edit: Lowering this review from 3 stars to 1 star. Gustavo reached out and confirmed the wrong arrangement was delivered to me. I asked for a partial refund as the arrangement I received was no more than a $70 arrangement though I paid $150 + tax. No reply from Gustavo as of 2/16/23.

Ordered a Valentine's day arrangement for my girlfriend a week in advance to be delivered anytime before noon on Feb 14th. It arrived at 1pm and was much smaller than I anticipated. I'd actually categorize it as a small arrangement.

Gustavo and I discussed over the phone that I'd bump the $150 budget up if needed in order to make sure it's impressive. I'm not sure how there could've been a miscommunication in arrangement size when I described the open space where it would be displayed and left Gustavo with notes saying 'no space constraints, go wild.' I actually walked back out to the delivery man to make sure I had the correct arrangement. It's just a bummer, and while it's a pretty arrangement despite the small footprint, I was actually embarrassed to give it to my girlfriend.

I think Gustavo needs to vocalize size expectations in the future, especially to those that want something more substantial. I would have liked to at least had the chance to increase my budget like I offered. If you're spending $150, then $200-$250 isn't much of a stretch. You might as well spend the extra to get what you're expecting.

Probably wouldn't use again since the value in cost vs. what you get just isn't there. I did like the styling of the arrangement despite its small nature and arriving late.

Highly recommend. The price and service are great, and the floral quality and design are excellent.

Psychopompos Floral is a shady business and, ultimately, a scam. After charging $ 140.40 for a floral arrangement and promising to deliver the same day, they failed to do so. Furthermore, Psychopompos Floral never responded to my text and phone inquiries requesting an update and a refund. Moreover, its email address is not reachable. Be aware of these scammers.

I needed a bouquet very last minute, so I legitimately just searched "flower bouquets" in the google search bar 2 hours before I needed it for my cousin's 50th birthday dinner tonight. Psychopompos was the 4th search to show up based on my location & I loved the pictures that were uploaded via their business page on Google, plus they have great reviews on google. I called to see if they were still open and Gustavo made it happen! He was so accommodating and able to make me a bouquet VERY last minute (not something I recommend to do ever but I was appreciative nonetheless) and he made a gorgeous bouquet. His eye for color & textures to put together the bouquets is something that seems to come so easily to him & I would definitely purchase another bouquet in the future. Highly recommend!!

The day before my daughter-in-law's birthday we were in panic mode. She'd requested a gift from a high end reseller who took our money and two weeks later just cancelled the order. Happy Birthday, here's nothing? UnrealUnreal.

We called Psychopompos because it's right in her neighborhood. Wow! Better than the original gift idea! We sent a box with succulents (sustainable) and floral elements (festive) and the pictures of it are gorgeous. Gustavo is super responsive, calls and texts within minutes, really gets it. I'm so grateful that he turned the disappointment into a highlight. Thank you!

He sent me a link to a preview of his new site, and when it's up it will be so helpful - there are pictures of the "products" along with price ranges. Perfect.

Gustavo Robles is nothing short of a floral magician. One of my closest friends who I have known since junior high was turning 40 and on the day of after a previous arrangement with another florist in the area fell through (thankfully it turned out!), Gustavo was kind enough to take the time to speak to me personally, learn about what a wonderful and caring person that my friend is - she's a vet who saves the lives of animals every day - and incorporated this information into his floral interpretation and design. And as it turned out, all the while, another friend of my friend had already placed a separate order with Gustavo and to his absolutely brilliant credit, he created two uniquely magnificent floral ensembles that duly incapsulated the finest elements of my friend's spirit. Thank you, Gustavo! I will be placing another order with you very soon.

I contacted Gustavo in the Silver Lake area because a friend had just given birth to a baby girl and lived there. I knew nothing about his business, but I was thrilled with the result. He is not just a florist but a floral artiste specializing in arrangements that include sustainable elements. I gave him a budget and the only instruction was there needed to be pink in it. The result was outstanding and unique! I highly recommend this business and its service, especially if you want something with a special touch. Thank you, Gustavo!!!
