Really professional! I had a shutter that torn loose from a windstorm and we really needed someone to repair it. I made several local calls to others first because I tried using local google sites. Needless to say, all the estimates were unrealistically sky high so I decided to check Yelp. Thank goodness because I found these guys.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They didn't try to rip me off. They were upfront with the cost. Not only did they secure my shutter but they also tightened all the others that were loose.
I was very impressed and they do all sorts of handyman projects. This is perfect for us.
I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend in the future.

Very disappointed in this company. We understood there was a shortage in materials due to COVID. However, the lack of communication is abominable. We contracted to have the front porch steps rebuilt, front porch railings painted, and our back wood deck replaced with composite. You can see from the pictures the painting job is AWFUL - so many chips and missed spots, as is the rebuild. One hand rail was carved to be flush against the existing pillar. The other wasn't cut or carved at all, and looks like sh*t. We chose composite for the back deck rebuild because we were told the materials would be available sooner. Still took over 3 months to complete because they ran out of materials - which is understandable during COVID when everything is unknown. But there was NO communication. We got simple yes or no answers to emails, when we got a response at all, and the guys would "show up when they could". The only reason we gave 2 stars was because the ONE gentlemen who did show up everyday to work was an extremely hard worker and deserves a medal for being stuck with such large jobs all on his own.

Great guys! Tom and John installed a new ceiling fan in my living room and they were fast, courteous and did a great job! They were sub-contracted by Home Depot when I bought the fan. Rates were very reasonable and they didn't stay one minute longer than they had to. And Tom & John are both very friendly guys.

Terrible. Abandoned project they could not finish. Left our house a disaster. Over-charged and under-staffed with no expertise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WARNING!

I used Putnam Handyman Services in November of 2014. They repainted my first floor perfectly. They came into my home they were friendly and professional. They originally told me 4 days but they were done in 2 and fixed a couple trouble spots (holes) on my walls HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If you liked to get ripped off and like people who are unreliable, stop reading and move on to someone else! These people know how to do it the correct way and will fix other people's mistakes..including your husband. I just could not believe how affordable and reliable they were. It wasn't like I got a window of between 8 and 4. We spoke about my schedule and what was mutually convenient and he was there on time and ready to work. He also cleaned up after himself and did not leave me with an enormous mess to clean up after (been there and done that). I am so excited that I have found him and as reluctant I was to share - I decided that I should share the wealth of a great Contractor. No job is too small or too big.

Couldn't be happier! These guys are professional, clean and do a great job. Have had them do so much throughout the years its hard to mention all the stuff but they have done 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a basement remodel for me all coming out spectacular, and the best part is i can call them to do simple one hour jobs too! Their Carpenters are all experts in the field, you can tell, this is the only general contractor that ill be using until I'm gone. I Usually don't post reviews unless i want to complain but i figured these guys should get some credit, thanks!
