i ONLY went to this nail salon because i was given a gift certificate for christmas... the service is HORRIFIC!!
i wouldn't even send my worst enemy there.
the nail tech cut my finger (it drew blood) then sprayed something on my nails and made it sting SO BAD
he nicked 3 of my fingers...
i was the only person and it was 12ish and for some reason he was in a big rush.. i could tell he was skipping steps to finish my nails faster.
when he was all done, he put the cuticle on but when he did, all he did was slide the big brush over all my fingers at once- missing half my cuticles... i rubbed it in myself.

if i had a choice, i'd give ZERO stars

I tried to give them another shot not once but twice and they have jacked my feet up each time never going back dont recommend to anyone i can still see my old polish one of my bog toenails was cut to short and the polish application is horrible i normally do the spa pedi but after i see how horrible she was doing i downgraded to a traditional no need to waste money on a poor job ! I wanted my eyebrows done as well but after the experience with my feet i wont letting anyone just play in my face I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE.

Was not impressed with my recent experience. I could have done more - spoken up. Shame on me.
I went in to have gel polish replaced with regular and they did another gel.
I also ended up having to file one nail as the tip was rough.
I felt rushed.
Previously they were packed and I thought that's why I was rushed. This time I did at least get a hand massage. They left that off last time.
I'm new to getting a manicure. I think they may have taken advantage of a novice.

I was very disappointed. Staff was unpleasant and their service was subpar. The tech seemed rushed, cut my nail far too down after I asked him to file down. I walked in with a good set and wanted to touch it up before the weekend and I walked out with little boy hands ‍

I went the day before Easter, they weren't busy at all. That should've been my warning sign cause every other salon I stopped at was packed. My husband was with me and we both got a pedicure and it was by far the worst pedi I have ever gotten. I don't ever leave reviews on ANYTHING but I just have to. As soon as we sat down they make it so obvious that they're talking about you. Looking right at us and then laughing amongst themselves, it was super uncomfortable. And then my pedicure "massage" was extremely painful! I even lied to him and told him my legs were sore but I couldn't take the pain from him "massaging" my legs. My husbands pedicure lasted about 10 minutes, they didn't do anything besides massage his feet and dip them in water. Paid almost $90 for the worst service and pedis ever.

Peter kept messing with his phone and rushed when he did my nails. They turned out bad and starting falling off with in the first week. I recommend going some where else.

I went here about a week ago and I am very unsatisfied with my service. I went to get a nail repaired. Something was telling me to just wait to get my nails done somewhere else, but I decided to stay. The nail technician was very rude was I told her that I was unhappy with the way that my nail looked and became upset when I asked her to fix it.

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone I wish i would've had a better experience since this salon is close to where I work, but I will continue to try different locations.

I went to a nails for the first time yesterday and I had a much better experience than I expected. The service was great and very quick. My nails came out exactly as I had explained to the technician.

Do not waste your time or money going to this place. I had the guy redo my polish and it still looks like a kindergartner painted my toes. I had to ask him to cut my toenails over. My feet weren't rough when I went and now my feet are rough and dry feeling.

It's your average nail salon, nothing really to rave about. But nothing to complain about. Prices are steep for the area,but whatever. The French manicure disappears within a few days if you use your hands a lot, just FYI!
