I Like To Review The Places as I'm being serviced for best review possible . So I pulled up around 9am they was open for 30 minutes according to google .
I pulled up there were already two ppl waiting
Well, One person being serviced and one waiting
It took the First Lady about 40 minutes 9:40 to leave . Then another worker came to service second person. As I waited another woman came up and the guy who finished the first car , went straight to her even tho I was technically next in line .
Daughter late for school and all but whatever .
Then another guy who claim just needed air . He also serviced before me . Long story short . Damn it's 9:50 as I write this . And been her at least one hour . Oh yeah , looks like they sharing tools so it's really only one service at a time . Smh

9:55 he tells me they don't have my tire size
Got out about 10:05 had to pay $40 cash

I am not exaggerating when I say that I could not wait to write this review. Quentin was prompt, easy to communicate with and available on a Saturday.

I saw that one of my tires was leaking air after picking up a screw on the notorious Philly roads. It was a slow leak and I was able to get Q to come out the day after I noticed the problem.

He offers MOBILE TIRE REPAIR and was able to remove patch and replace my expensive, low-profile tire in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me on a set of 4 new tires at about $1000 less than the dealership did. His shop does balancing but his truck is also a full service tire repair shop.

If you are in need of new tires, please give him a call. He's a great guy and exactly the kind of small business that makes North Philly what it is. Keep up the great work, Q!

I see these guys working hard seven days a week assisting drive up customers on the spot on the side of the road. It's a very busy intersection at 29th and Ridge Ave so it's sometimes hard to navigate pulling over for an empty spot. You may have to circle the block a few times.

I pulled in for an estimate a couple of weeks ago and was greeted nicely and given a fair price. They fix tires and supply you with new or used ones. I pulled up again today and wasn't able to get the size tires I need but the guy did give me a reasonable expectation of how much longer I could ride safely on my worn treads.

My mid rating stems from the fact that he couldn't give me a time frame on when I could expect said tires to be back in stock. Just a stop by again and we'll see. That's the difference between me trying to patronize this business and going elsewhere. He did fill my tires with air so that was nice.

They will mess your car up so many times to the point you gotta come back they wont give you a refund for something you don't need bad customer service skills they do not get the job done

This establishment has served me countless times and at an amazing price. The hours are perfect early and late and even on the weekend. I had a flat tire right before jumping on the highway to ride to AC & by the grace of god Q was open, able to save the day and get me back on the road quickly. They stay busy! I would say to a top by this place the next time you need some tire help!

I got a flat on my car, put on a spare it went flat as well. I called them at 9:45am asked for a price said 130 to 150. I waited for them till 12pm, and called the guy said the price was 200. Since I was desperate I said alright. I asked why is he charging so much, he said because he's coming from Philly, I was in Holland pa so I figured that's why. Anyways it took them less than 10 minutes to fix it, and the only reason he even came out because I agreed to pay 200 otherwise he wouldn't have come. Yes the job was done but he overcharged. Philly isn't that far from Holland. It's like 45min the most maybe even 30min.

I pulled in with what I thought was tire damage to the side tire wall, as it turns out the tire didnt puncture the tire and I appreciated the honesty . This is a shop you can trust .

I woke up to a flat tire and after going to a few shops and getting ridiculous prices on one used tire, I turned to Yelp and found Q The Tire Doctor. As it wasn't too far from where I was at the time, I stopped in. Although they were busy (and it was snowing), Reggie helped me out immediately and was able to find the tire I needed for only $45.00. Within a half hour, he had me rollin again...without having to worry about a slow leak. I highly recommend Reggie, Q, and The Tire Doctor Crew to anyone needing friendly, quick, and no B.S. service.

Asked for my tire sizes over the phone then gave me a quote over the phone, 2 tires 80 dollars, then when you show up they say never mind it's 130? Wtf?!?! I've been a customer there for years too. Loss my business forever

I had the best experience with the guys here at Q's. Reggie took care of me and he was really a sweetie. I had a blown out tire and was riding on my doughnut. I had to have the tire replaced quickly, they weren't busy and were able to take care of me immediately. The staff was great and made me feel comfortable and told me that I could sit in my car while they worked to keep warm because it was so cold out. This place was recommended to me and now I'm recommending it to you.
