QQ Nails had a pristine look about it, and the service was very nice and friendly. The great service was definitely a standout.

The hand massage after I got my polish felt super nice. (I wish the massage was longer to be honest, but it was a definite treat.) I also got the pedicare, which left my lower legs and feet feeling very soft.

You don't get the polish soaked off for gel removal; you get the polish shaved off. It's personally not my preference, since my nails felt weak already. That left some texture under the regular polish, which shows through but isn't super obvious unless you look at my nails closely.

However, would I go back? Certainly, although I'll likely wait until my nails get healthier again. The gel colors are so pretty, so I want to try those!

Probably the best cheap salon in the neighborhood but it's still cheap and you get what you pay for.
They do an okay job but I mainly go here because of the proximity to my apartment. I definitely do not recommend gel manicures, as the one time I got one it chipped after three days. Their customer service leaves much to be desired - I recently had an appointment start over 35 minutes late.

I have been to other QQ Nails & Spa locations but this by far was the worst experience. I have never had my nails crack right after getting my nails done. 5 nails are cracked! I'm not sure if i was under the uv light for too long or the mix of soaking off my dip mixed with the gel made my nails very weak or the lady who did my nails doesn't know what she is doing. I just know i will never go to that location again.

I also got a gel pedicure and that was done well. I love that QQ Nails & Spa puts wax on your heels free of charge! That i would say is their saving Grace and i would consider going for a pedicure but never got a manicure of any kind. Lastly i had some nails that needed a tip and those nails cracked under the extensions.

I got a Japanese manicure with Linda and she was awesome! I think walked in last min and they were able to squeeze me in. Japanese manicure takes a while but it's totally worth it since it lasts a very long time

What I liked about this place is the staff are friendly and the place is quiet. I didn't make an appointment but was welcomed immediately. I wanted a simple pedicure. The staff who did my pedicure was nice, but that's about it. It was painful, him poking through my nails! This wasn't my first pedicure! He didn't shape my nails! My large toes look so ugly. He didn't triple coat it! It looks like a toddler did my pedi! Worst pedicure ever! Won't be coming here again

I came here to get a manicure and pedicure. It was pretty easy to get an appointment the same day. The staff is incredibly friendly and very attentive and skilled. I love how convenient and nice this location is. I will definitely be back!

So Ive pretty much been here twice for a pedicure and massage. Reasons I come in is because its close to my job right by the train station so I can head right on home (as I am a New Yorker and always on the go) but the place is not all that. Its just convenient.

The spa background music I like and I got a spa pedicure and back rub- both massages were ok. Not really worth the expensive prices.

Would i come again for conveniency and rush - sure.
Haven't done my nails here and its $80 for dip powder tips with no design :,(

First of all, I called and ask them to confirm the price of my dip nails - which they said was 52 dollars and then charged me 75 dollars. I asked them why and they did not give me any explanation. Additionally they gave me a completely different color than I asked for and just laughed when I said it wasn't what I wanted.

Additionally none of my nails are filed to the same length (see pic of pinky nails below).

I really liked this place before my visit today, but it the inconsistencies in price did not sit well me.
