Visited for the first time and will definitely be going back! Friendly staff, I asked for a gel manicure. They came out great! Prices are great and I would say normal/reasonable.

Fave spot in Williamsburg, VA. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable, thank you. Oh my goodness the Deluxe pedi is da bomb diggity. The leg rub down at the end is sooo comforting!

They see people by appointment only. It always looks clean and the nail techs know their jobs.

Completely satisfied with my experience at Queen nails while visiting from out of town with my sisters. From the warm greeting we received to the expert pedicures, we were all impressed. The technicians took their time and treated us very well. I will be sure to plan another visit next time we are in town.

Queen Nails and Spa was a great quick option for mani's and pedi's while visiting Williamsburg for a wedding. They were able to fit four of us in on a Friday morning which was great! The ladies are very nice, kind, the prices are reasonable! We called to make an appointment and showed up early just to ensure we're able to be serviced and they took us in right away. Great customer service, clean facility.

I wish I could them less than one star!!! They made my toes BLEED !! Please do not attend this salon ladies they charged me full price after I cried to them to stop because my feet were in pain. Never again never going back.

Had an overall good experience. For quality of pedicure I'd give them a 5, but for overall experience I took away a star.

The place is VERY clean and quiet. Almost too quiet. I don't recall music in the background or at least not enough to make it feel like everyone wasn't listening to our conversation.
The massage chairs weren't great; the function to make it full back either wasn't working or too complicated for the average burnt out brain.

Prices were reasonable, parking was easy, the service was good. I would go here again but aware of the above mentioned circumstances.

Well here we are another Nail Salon that has found a way to steal your money! I was told on the phone that a fill for my acrylic nails would be $25 plus $10 for Gel Polish ( it use to be $5). When it came time for me to pay she said $43 & I asked her why she said to shape your nails. I was under the impression that when you get your nails done that would be included. UNBELIEVABLE, these nail salons don't go up a little they increase ridiculous amounts & charge what they want. They should be regulated & have to have their prices visible to the public.
I'm tired of being used & it's not worth the attitude that they are doing you a favor
& they expect to be tipped on top of that!!! Do yourself a favor & just do your own nails because they are destroying your nails anyways.

The front desk lady was very rude to me. I will not spend my time or money here. It wasn't even busy and she wouldn't let me sit down to wait for next available nail artist. The vibe was weird. No music was playing... very awkward.

I went in for a gel manicure, and the man who did my nails was very conversational and friendly, but he did a terrible job. At first I thought I could live with it, but I decided to go back later that day to ask them to fix it. Kelly did an amazing job (although she was a bit annoyed I was back lol), and the new ones are beautiful.

They are definitely a bit sheer for my taste, but that's on me. I think next time I'll either pick a darker color or ask them to do an extra coat so you can't see where the tips begin.

I would have preferred my nails to be right the first time, but they turned out great after I went back. Plus, you can't beat a $33 gel mani. Pics are from the day I got them done. I will be returning!
