R&B Bubble Tea and Poke Bowl

Their poke is good. Would recommend it.

I have only tried a couple drinks- taro and jasmine milk tea. I prefer the jasmine milk tea. Taro is ok. Boba is pretty good. I've only been to 3 places for boba in Toledo and this is the best.

SD raised and realizing how spoiled I was with boba shops that were available.
The server I had was pretty rude but ehhh... I came for the boba. Fruit tea and rainbow tapioca, I do not recommend. Since other reviews stated that the milk tea is the go to, I will try next time.

This bubble tea is amazing! We used to drive all the way to Ann Arbor for bubble tea! Not anymore! Very good, clean environment. They even have rooms that you can rent out for parties. I am very pleased!

Pretty good milk tea if you ask me! Cute ambiance and friendly service. Got the lavender 50% sweet and it was the perfect amount of sweetness.

Great bubble tea selection. I wasn't a fan of milk teas until I tried the honey dew and matcha drinks here. The inside of this place is very cute; reminds me of the hip-yet-welcoming bubble tea places I've been to in Paris, France and Kent, Ohio. I think this is the best Bubble Tea spot in Toledo. Some of the workers could be a little more friendly, but I still think the product and atmosphere are worth my while.

I've been an r&b bubble tea customer for many years and although I'd say this is definitely the best place to get boba in Toledo, this place has many many flaws. To start off, you can never know what to except when you go here. I've found that the same exact tea orders taste and look completely different depending on who makes them. For example, you can sometimes order the lychee rose tea and it will be a clear/light pink color and other times it will be a bright red and not even taste the same. There's no reason why the same exact order should be so different. Also, sometimes workers will say that you can't order things like tapioca because they don't have them when all that they have to do is cook them. One of the most recent times i went there, it was around 4 pm and the worker told me he couldn't make any fruit teas (which is like half of the menu) because he didn't have any green tea. I can understand not wanting to make a big batch of something when it's close to closing time but it's unreasonable to choose not to serve half the menu for the rest of the day just because you don't want to make some green tea. People drive out of their way to come here and to not offer to make them what they want isn't okay. Another thing that i've had happen to me too is that sometimes a worker will close up the shop an hour or two before they're supposed to just because they're feeling lazy. I can understand this if the store is dead but they'll do this even while customers are in the store. I remember being in here with friends one time an hour or so before closing before and watched the worker tell a group of people that they can't order anything because they're closing soon, which was a complete lie. The worker then continued to clean up and glare at my friends and even turn some lights off until we felt so uncomfortable we just left. Not a good way to treat your customers at all. I used to come here multiple times a week but i haven't even been in months because of having so many bad experiences like this. Another big reason I don't come here any more as well is because of how uncleanly the place is. There have been many times that I've stayed here until closing time and the workers have left at closing time as well, meaning that I saw all of their cleaning procedures. In all my time going there i never once saw a worker wipe down a table or sweep under tables or chairs.. or sweep in general.... they ever only mop which just moves the dirt on the floor around. They also have had an issue with bugs for years that has never gotten fixed. There's been multiple occasions that one of my friends have found a gnat in their tea. When we show the workers they will be very apologetic and remake the teas but the fact that it's even happened multiple times is...... We have also found employee's hairs in our teas on multiple occasions. I will say that their tea selection is very good for this area and that they can be very good, it just depends on the things i said before. They're definitely the best in toledo in terms of taste. I think this place has great potential, they just need to improve on consistency, customer service, and cleanliness. The pictures i have attached are from the last time i went there. The worker made my tea super speed even though my friend and i were basically the only customers there. As you can see there's lots of chunks of powder because the tea was not blended properly.. we couldn't even finish our teas.

wow, finally something in toledo! The Asian karaoke and bubble tea! I have lived in Cincinnati for quiet a long time now, and I have visited Ann Arbor many times, none of these Asian karaoke can compare to this one! It's clean and very nicely decorated! My friend brought me in for a try of the bubble tea which is awesome! Will Definitely come back!!

Coming from Seattle and being blessed with a multitude of bubble tea places, not the best I've had but definitely not bad for Toledo! The interior is also pleasantly modern with a selection of board games to play.
