I like this salon they are very honest and do not make you go to a ATM machine to get cash for a tip when I come unprepared me bad!

Love this small town nail salon. The ladies always take good care of me, listen to what I want and it feels cleaner than others. Staff is more personable than others I've been to in the area. Although they could use a better color selection, I am happy since I usually go for more neutral colors.

I decided to try this salon despite the fact that it has a singular review. I am new to this area and have been to the other nail salon located right beside Publix. So I asked for a French manicure and gel tips and.... wow. What a mess. Kim did my nails. They look horrid. :-( They're lumpy and whatever coat of stuff she put on at the end is already peeling off. There are even a couple of weird knicks in some nails.... and I was there less than 24 hours ago.
I'm a relatively patient individual. I work in the restaurant industry which should say a lot. But really I don't even know what to say. The less than stellar job I've had done on my nails twice since I've been in Florida makes me want to either (1) learn how to do this crap myself and not throw $50-$60 bucks away only to be disappointed or (2) simply give up the desire to have manicured pretty hands.
8 days later... 2 nails are gone and 3 more cracking. If you're interested in a ridiculous waste of your time and money, go here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 25, 2018Previous reviewI decided to try this salon despite the fact that it has a singular review. If you don't want someone that starts cutting your toenails even before she asks how short and starts cutting them too short, then hurries her way through and rolls her eyes when you ask her if she cleaned up an area, THEN DON'T use the younger girl that works there. If you want someone that at least gives some effort in her massage of feet and hands, then DON'T go to the younger girl that works there. If you don't want your polish to start chipping in just over a week, use one of the older ladies. And if you don't want someone to use the nail tool to clean under the nail and you be afraid she is DIGGING down too far and it seems she is almost is doing it purposely, don't use that younger girl that works in the morning. I will give this place another try, maybe, but NEVER with her. Was the worst experience I've ever had with a mani/pedi. Not relaxing at al!!! :(

I moved to Windermere so it's been a solid year since I have been here. Of course a couple staff changes but Thoa was still around and did my eyebrows this time. The place is still stunning. I still have not sat in better massages chairs. Would be great after a work out! I mean the air bag thingys massage muscles that I didn't even know a chair could massage... like the outer thighs. Anyways, I didn't have a wait and that's always nice. I got a free canned beverage and T (owner) put foil in my nails in preparation for acrylic removal (much better than soaking). Kim did a great job on the rest. I'm not sure how anyone could have had a bad experience with Kim but I guess you can't please everyone, she is so fast and precise. While I was in her chair I saw two "walk ins" leave because they only wanted her to do their nails. And there was one lady waiting for her despite the fact that others were free. It's unfortunate that this area doesn't seem to use yelp/ google much. I mean it is a retirement area so there's that! Anyways... the prof is in the photos!! Kim performed my "special" pedicure and my nail removal, and new acrylic overlay with a very natural gel color. I watched the 2018 Tour Championship that Tiger Woods dominated getting my pedi. The Two TVs are good quality.

You know how it is when you find "your guy" you don't look around after that. Well my normal person and back up person (Charlie or Angle at Charlie's nails) was booked three weekends in a row. I called here and made a noon apt. As soon as I arrived they greeted me but name and took me right away. NO WAIT! Peter saved my natural nails, was quick and did a great job. No nicks no cuts no burning ... perfect service. His wife Shannon gave me a cold water and was so friendly. I love when you can chat with your technician and laugh. Life's to short. Thao did my pedicure and I think I'll splurge on the deluxe next time. The salon is clean with out the harsh chemical smells. It looks brand new on the inside. The shopping center is old so I guess that's why I never noticed it beforehand. Ps. There was a decent amount of men that came for pedicure or just nail trims :)

I'm here on vacation and had no recommendations for a mani-pedi. I walked in without an appointment and Don greeted me and took me right in. He did an outstanding job and was very personable. He made me wish I lived here so I could go back frequently!! Great service, great prices, and a beautiful job!! Thanks, Don!!

When I moved here from NY, I was devastated to leave my old nail salon behind. I decided to come to this one because it was the closest to where I am staying. I believe I have found my new place. It's extremely clean, and the techs do an excellent job! I was a walk in, and I only had to wait 5 minutes, their very organized about that. I will 100% keep returning.
