I came here was a two years ago when my water hoses on my 2014 Chevy Cruze LT needed replacement, and they did a great job.

My front brakes went out and the right side was grinding. I really didn't know the extent of the damage, however, the Mechanics talked me through it and let me know that the back breaks are still good, so that was a bit of a relief! They replaced my brakes and resurfaced my disk the same day for less than $500.00 and that was a deal. The Chevy dealership was going to charge me $260.00 per brake which would have cost more than $1,000.00
This is 3rd time I've had the pleasure of taking my car to R & N Complete Auto Repair, and I must say, their customer service is top-notch. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.
My car had issues with the coolant thermostat and coolant reservoir tank, which were causing me quite a headache. R & N Complete Auto Repair diagnosed the problem swiftly and provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. What impressed me the most was their transparency when it came to pricing. The total cost for parts and labor was $548.99, which I found to be fair and competitive.
The repair work was done efficiently, and my car now runs smoothly without any issues. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at R & N Complete Auto Repair. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.

They have been a five from me for a while. This time they where higher priced then the dealership so that hurt them. The work was on time and done right. I will go back. They do better work then the dealer.

I hate giving 5s. For a five you must be independently owned and great. Better then the rest and better then expected. R & N did it. They are dad, son others family member. They take real pride in there work. And There prices are very fair. There service is quick and very, very well Done. It is a very small place, they can only put three cars in at a time. So make a appointment. I will and would recommend this auto repair. I have not found anything wrong with them. Not fancy. But I have never said this about a auto repair place in many, many year, "you can trust them", to do a good job and be fair.
It is in a kinda strip mall. Many of the auto repair places are one store front.

They also took care of a few more issues. Price was reasonable. I can finally say we found our new go to shop for auto repairs. Love the way Rafe followed up a few days later to see how truck was running. I highly recommend.

R&N is a small family owned auto repair shop that specializes in Japanese cars. Mark and Kelvin run a really honest and upstanding auto repair shop. Their prices are very reasonable. We drive all the way from the SouthBay to have them service our cars.
I've done oil changes here, general repairs and diagnostics and they are the nicest people. You won't regret bringing your car here to get serviced.
We've serviced a 2017 Honda Accord, 1998 Toyota Sienna, 2000 Acura TL, and a 2019 Honda HRV, and they've been great.
