R & S Party Rentals

Maria is the WORST planner ever! Will never work with her again. She was suppose to drop off and set up on Thursday (per her request), the event was Saturday. She kept ignoring my calls until the day of. She had SO many excuses for why didn't bring things that were clearly in the contract then said other people would drop off the remaining items but they never did and when I attempted to call and send her message she would not respond and would send me straight to voicemail. Pick up was suppose to be the day after (on Sunday) she asked if I would wait until Monday I agreed. Monday came around no show...she said if I would wait until Tuesday...again NO SHOW!
She said she would pick up for sure by Wednesday 6-7am. She FINALLY answers back around 9am.
SIMPLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
tldr; Maria is terrible with time management and will not answer calls when she misses set date/time.
DO NOT RECOMMEND HER WHATSOEVER!

2nd year doing business with them and love how quickly they have taken care of me for last minute things. I prefer family businesses over many others! Please give these guys your business!

R & S Party Rentals was a savior during my time of need. I came to them with a last minute request to rent a large tent and over 100 chairs to help facilitate an outdoor funeral service, in compliance with Covid 19 protocols. R & S Party Rentals provided prompt and personalized service with a very short time line. They provided same day delivery and pick up from the mortuary and coordinated delivery of an additional tent, tables, chairs, and canopy draping for a Celebration of Life dinner at my home the day before. R & S Party Rentals is a wonderful family-owned business. They were very accommodating, compassionate, and met all of my requests. They truly exceeded my expectations under the circumstances. I am so grateful to R & S Party Rentals for their sensitivity and responsiveness. I would definitely utilize their services in the future. Thank you R & S Party Rentals!!!

Very sweet, professional, helpful, and hard working people! I had another local Long Beach company flake on me so I called R&S and they prepared a rush order of chairs for me 1 hour before my party started. They seemed busy that day and still gave me the utmost service! They always answer the phone and are super helpful! Highly recommend!

We had just moved, had no dining room furniture and 20 people coming over for the holidays. R and S responded to my requests quickly and maintained communications throughout the process. The building I'm in requires pre notification in order to pad elevators etc so updates were necessary. The same happened during pickup. I would use them again.

I called and asked for a particular piñata, they told me over the phone they had it. I then showed up to the store 10 minutes later and no one was there but the sign said open. I called the number on the door and was told that the girl in the shop was at the bank and would be back in 10 minutes. 25 minuets later the girl shows up and tells me they don't have the piñata I asked for. So frustrated! Awful experience. Will never come back!
