I recently had the pleasure of working with RAD Computers to build my content creation rig, and I have nothing but praise for the exceptional service and expertise they provided. Paul was the mastermind behind the build, and he kept me updated every step of the way. From start to finish, Paul's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was impressive.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was fitting my ridiculously large RTX 4090 video card into the small case I provided. It's a real tight fit, but Paul rose to the challenge and found a way to make it work, all while maintaining excellent cable routing and aesthetics as much as possible. The end result was a beautifully crafted machine that runs like a dream.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with RAD Computers. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and exceptional customer service are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer-related services, and I will definitely be returning to them for any future needs. Thank you, RAD Computers, for an outstanding job!

Can't say enough positive things about my experience today. Mark was helpful narrowing down the problem with my desktop via the phone and alerted his associate I'd be bringing the machine in. Paul, in Mesa, promptly told me what was going to need to be done and about how long it would take. They were able to turn the machine around same-day and for less money than previously expected. Would recommend to anyone with an issue!

Worth stopping by. They beat everybody, including a colleague that I used to work with. They installed 8gb of added memory in a laptop that I had just bought to leave in Colorado when I go in the summer. Will probably have them build my next desktop when you have to go to Windows 11. Also, they are less than 2 miles from my house.

I accidentally spilled water on my partners desk top. We got recommended to stop by Rad Computers and we were not disappointed! They are very quick to answer phone calls, they text you updates and loved my service.

I can't say enough about this place. We were in temporary housing for many months waiting for our new house and having difficulty setting up a temporary network in an extended stay hotel. I won't go into all the convoluted details, but it was very complicated because of the devices we streamed/linked and the locked down hotel wireless network. I called and - unsolicited - the owner of this place gave me detailed, extensive advice at no charge that ultimately worked like a charm. And even answered followup questions. I'm forever grateful and he will have all our business in the future. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU'RE LOOKING FOR - STOP LOOKING.

Highly recommend RAD computers! I decided to build my first gaming PC on my own with limited knowledge. I had the PC built and you and running, but once I started installing the drivers/softwares, I ran into the dreaded " blue screen :(" and had some issues with freezing/locking up. From the moment I messaged them on Yelp, the owner Mark was extremely helpful and took the time to troubleshoot some things with me to save me a trip to the shop. I was very impressed and appreciative up their help! I decided I wanted the professionals to take over and get me fully up and running. Frankie was my tech and he was amazing! He had great communication, fixed my PC even quicker than I thought and he was super knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend RAD computers more! I hope I don't have any future PC issues, but definitely will be a repeat customer for all my computer needs! Thank you Mark and Frankie!!

My PC was corrupted by an update and would not allow me to re-install Win 11. After trying for 2 days, took it to RAD Computers. Paul installed a fresh copy of Win 11 by the next day and also installed some programs I frequently use. I am unable to carry the PC in due to a spinal injury and being in my mid 80s. Paul not only carried it into the shop and back to the car, but padded and strapped it in for me. Five stars are not really enough to describe the service I got at RAD.

They were able to reconfigure a high end laptop using Linux to Windows. Everything has worked fine.
