I stopped by for lunch with my husband and baby. This place is more of a to-go/delivery. Although we ate at the restaurant, there could be a lot of improvements to the ambiance itself. It seemed incomplete and sort of "bare".
The ramen itself was good, the noodles were chewy and the broth was flavorful.
I would probably instead of staying at the restaurant, order to go instead. But I'm not sure how the taste would be if I don't eat it freshly made. The noodles might get soggy, but that's something to figure out another day.Helpful 4Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sep 30, 2023
Surprisingly their ramen is the most mediocre item that we had. Their karage, charsiu don are amazing but definitely more on the Chinese flavoring side.
There's some service but it's mostly a grab and go place but they are super nice and warn us that the food is hot. The place is nicely decorated and simple.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 551318722Dec 8, 2023
5 stars for takeout/delivery. I always order here through Grubhub and it gets delivered pretty fast. I usually order the Tonkatsu ramen and it never lets me down. The broth is always so flavorful and they don't skimp out on the ingredients such as corn. The pork is always tender and fresh. I have gotten their gyoza and enjoyed that as well. I would definitely recommend this spot to get your ramen fix!

If its true that you eat with your eyes, that might be the reason I felt this place was just so so. Located in a small store right off the Horace Harding, the decor is non assuming and no frills. The menu consists of your standard appetizers (gyoza, fried squid etc), a few rice bowls and ramen.
Appetizers were pretty average and seemed like they came from Restaurant Depot. We also heard the microwave used heavily so that didn't exactly instill confidence. Mentaiko don was meh - the rice was mushy. Ramen was better - good broth, noodles cooked well but portion size was a bit small. That and the fact that they serve everything in disposable containers kind of takes away from the experience.
Prices are a bit high for the quality and quantity. With the number of ramen spots opening all over Queens, this place is just average.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 60095913281Aug 12, 2022
3.5 stars overall, decent local ramen joint. The ingredients for each bowl of ramen were very good in quality, especially the egg. The broth flavors were good but not memorable. Overall, great for a quick meal and it'll still satisfy that ramen craving.
This visit we didn't order any snacks/appetizers and I secretly really wanted the Matcha Waffle (as my dessert) but they ran out. Sad face. Instead we opted for extra egg in our ramen and eventually ordered the assorted mochi.
Prices here were fair and I just want to make a mention of the veggie curry. Tasted good and was loaded with carrots. It was not a big bowl but just good enough to compliment the meal.
Staff was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed - guess it was dinner rush and so many online orders. Also, as it went past 8pm, many items on the menu were starting to run out. Good turnover given the casual dining.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - Jonathan C.Danbury, CT23311890Nov 10, 2023
Great place to stop by if you're heading to JFK Airport, only 20 minutes away. Miso and Tonkotsu soup were both flavorful. Whatever they use to marinate the pork is delicious. It went really well with the flavor of the broth. Miso is a little spicy so beware if you are sensitive. Ambiance was great; they have a bunch of cool pictures around the restaurant, especially if you're an anime fan! Pork Bun was good; it was a first having it with peanuts. I do think the peanuts weren't fresh so there wasn't that full crunch experience, but it was still good. Service was quick and super friendly (thanks for the no charge on the water!). They actually only offer water from a water bottle, I'm not sure if that's normal or not. The place was empty so we were in and out in probably 30-40 minutes. Next time I have a flight out of JFK I'm going to stop by this place again!

Barbone take out ramen shop. Everything is served in disposable containers even when you are dining in. No water. No service. Some of the food tastes off and some are decent.

Best ramen in town! Always go there for quality ramen, quality service and just a nice ambiance overall. Always a go to of mine. Support local businesses because they will take care of you far more than the commercial restaurants with cheap ingredients. 10/10!
