If there was a half star rating they'd be getting it. Far from professional, unfriendly, and could've cared less about dragging my truck through a tree while it was on the back of their truck.

After we were stranded my family and I due to a sinking set of keys @ Canyon lake, Randall's towing was called to the rescue by our insurance provider.
Our driver showed up about one hour later and was able to do what it took to hook up our truck and boat trailer rather skillfully.
However do not ever think about questioning their decisions! I was not happy when they dragged our truck over 2 feet with the transmission locked up. As I told the driver, he looked at me like I was insane and just kept doing what he wanted. To his credit, he did give us the option to just drive us home (without any towing), which was nice of him.

Ultimately, the reason for this poor rating, is due to the fact that they ended up charging us a lot more than was agreed upon with ourinsurance company for supposed "pick-up" fees. Even after the insurance company spoke to them directly, they still required these additional fees paid. This has all the ingredients of a scam.

Company practices create a difficult working relationship. Unusual fees. Ridiculous red tap. Steer clear.

SHADY RIP OFF ALERT--- STAY AWAY.

Hidden Fees if you do not select them to do the work.

My wife damaged our collector car while I was out of town, and somehow these losers got involved. $250 tow bill, (That the insurance company is paying for...but we conveniently had to pay these criminals anyway) and when we did not have them perform the work, they slapped my wife with a $50/day "storage fee" that they did not disclose, even when we told them they weren't doing the work.

Guy who answered phone has the customer service of a mushroom...after charging me $700 bucks...the loser says "That's how it is"

Just imagine how great their work ISNT if they cant even do the easy end of the business with dignity and respect.

I am pretty happy that the guy admitted...on speaker phone with my attorney that he never disclosed any fees or charges when the car was towed, on the contract, or even after my wife let him know they werent doing the work. He told her when she was making arrangements to come pick it up.

This company towed my motorhome and damaged the front passengers side when the driver turned too sharply while it was still on the hook. I had a witness who saw the damage being done. The owner still refuses to pay for the damage. This guy tows for Good Sam Roadside Assistance, don't use him if you value your investment.

i plan to sue this jerk no matter how much it cost's. I am also contacting the county and state licensing departments, the law enforcement agencies that use them and the Better Business Bureau to let them know what a crook he is.

My daughter got in an accident with my car and for some reason this company thought it was ok to tow my car to Florence when I live in East Mesa. The accident was on the 60 and Ironwood. I work nights, so on zero sleep I had to borrow a truck, rent a tow dolly and drive an hour to get my car; otherwise I would have been charged a very expensive storage fee per day. This company also only accepts cash, so I brought cash. They failed to tell me to bring exact change, so there was another delay while change was found. Bottom line, this company really had me between a rock and a hard place and the woman who runs the show has horrible communication skills and did not seem to care at all that her company had really made a bad situation worse by taking my car to their Florence location. They wanted to charge me $275 to tow the car back to my house. I never asked to have my car towed to Florence and I really don't even see how this is even legal. So, they had my car for less than 24hrs and I got charged $327.50. I will say that the man that helped us load the car onto the dolly was very nice and helpful, but the woman up front is less than pleasant. I hope that I never have to go through a nightmare like that again.

Absolutely the rudest, most argumentative group of self righteous riders of the line where they are neither in the wrong or the right! The woman "mother" of Michelle, Michelle is the saturday girl. And she is a bit helpful and understanding but still you can tell what dry, dark, barbed wires lined womb she crawled out of. If I had to guess which one of the "only yelling or being practically illiterate as 75% of what came from there mouths was negative and 4 letter garble spewed from their obviously inbred hatred for life attitude" was her father, I'd guess all of em!? You call to get a total and they refuse to do the math for you. "I told you 3 days ago the fees and so I don't understand what you want"? Troll woman, I want an exact fucking total so as to not rub your sandy vagina brain with any more sandpaper and 90% acetone questions. These people just want to argue. And then escalate it by saying you are inconveniencing them by providing them over priced service and thus keeping their doors open. I think "thankful" is zero part of their vocabulary. How ones car sitting in a huge empty lot racking up extremely inflated fees and a few phone calls to get the info correct constitute ruining their lives??? Worst bunch of people in a business I have ever come across. And the damage to my car is for worse than when I left it!!! i was just witnesed them sying 3 tImEs, "the one you had To roll over? we were like wtf did U just saY a rollover? cuz it was not but it kooks like it has been since u got a hold of it! Trash crooks!! Zero stars is my real vote. -10

The female that waited on me was TOTALLY RUDE and unprofessional. AND tow bill was totally un-realistic for a short tow - just a couple dollars under $200 for towing from the US60 for a fender bender. The police had the car towed, and I never heard of any impound yard charging this kind of money! Car in lot only overnight - one day, and this tow company DEMANDED CASH ONLY. Then they couldn't even manage to give a dollar change because they didn't have any money? REALLY??? A business that demands CASH ONLY can't even handle a dollar change? Very unprofessional. DONT do business with this company. NO RECEIPT ISSUED EITHER. That in itself makes you wonder, doesn't it? I wonder why the AJ police use this tow business? Maybe they get a kickback. I am going to mention this company to the IRS to see if they are actually paying income on these cash payments.

I love Randall's! Donna is always so friendly when I call and the service is prompt and super fast and always done with a smile! I will always recommend Randall's.

Stay clear of this place, walk if you have to...Horrible people the woman was mean and nasty dropping the F-Bomb in every sentence. I guess that's how people in Apache Junction talk to the people they service. The man wasn't any better, stood there looking at us till the woman got off the phone with a family member talking about their electric being turned off. There has to be another shop in AJ that wants customers??
