I tried working with many real estate agents before, but no one was as impressive as Mr. Phillips. He was a strong negotiator, made sure he knew everything we wanted before he started the process, made sure all our demands were met, and stayed in constant contact throughout the home buying process.

We had a tough home buying experience, due to no fault of Mr. Phillips, but Mr. Phillips did everything he could on his end to make the experience as smooth as could be. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Phillips for anyone looking to buy or sell a house. You'll absolutely have an experienced agent in your corner that will get the job done right!
