The place could use a bit of revamping but you don't eat the place. The food was good in taste and the service was awesome! If you're looking for Indian spices great in food, this place has it, just wish the shrimp in our saag was not from frozen. Our fish biryani was also great in taste but wish we had more of the mahi fish in it. The chicken tikka masala and garlic naan was so delicious. We were craving for Indian food and they delivered to our satisfaction. This was a great meal after hiking from crater lake.

This restaurant isn't gorgeous in any way, and parking was HORRIBLE. But, the food is homemade and delicious! It seemed there was only two people working and the service wasn't the greatest. We ran out of water and never got checked on. They also had door dashers running in and out, and one even went into the kitchen area which was weird. There was no air conditioning and it was boiling hot in there, which is the biggest complaint.

Back to the food though... it was great. The paneer was yummy and so was the Naan. Our favorite was a fish dish with the sauces it came with. We weren't even going to order it, but we're glad we did!! Unfortunately our rice wasn't supposed to be spicy but it was so hot that neither of us could eat it, as it really overwhelmed the palate and you couldn't taste anything else.

We'd definitely go again, but we'd order a bit different.

We had a delightful meal at this restaurant. It has now been renamed "Namaste" a month ago. We were seated in a large room with no other diners. (It was about 7:00). We were greeted by a very nice gentleman that seemed quite happy to see us and showed us to our seats. He brought water right away. I would have preferred ice water but it was wet. I ordered hot chai tea and my husband a soft drink. We got the pakora cauliflower and it was delicious. My husband ordered the Butter Chicken and plain Naan. I ate off of his plate and there was so much food and Naan we ended up taking it home. The Butter chicken was so full of flavor and a bit too spicy for me and the Naan was probably the best we have ever had and so much of it. We highly recommend this newly budding restaurant. We live in Keizer but our next trip here we'll definitely eat here again!

My boyfriend and I got Real Taste of India last night to go and it was delicious!!!! The service was nice. It does take a while for them to make your order - at least 30 minutes - and it's well worth the wait! We got one dish medium spicy and the other spicy.. it was the perfect amount! The spices they used were soooo yummy. There may have been a bit too much for the curry, but the korma was out of this world! I could eat that every day forever, haha.
Definitely recommend, definitely will be having again!

So it seems that some folks from Portland/Seattle/Bay Area review this place more harshly than local folks, but I didn't even get a chance to really try their food thoroughly because my first bite of the butter chicken dish I got -- the chicken was rancid.

I stopped to see if it was maybe a different take on the dish, and no. the chicken smelled even with the sauce on. i tasted the sauce and it was fine. had some other folks smell and taste too. no.

my boyfriend has gastrointestinal issues (tmi maybe) but in this case it immediately gave him a stomachache (sadly we both dug in at the same time and couldn't give him a warning).

the person at the front had masks out for customers but wasn't wearing one. he was defensive, and the response to our saying the chicken was bad was "well we've sent out lots of orders of the chicken today with no complaints"... okay, that doesn't really negate the fact that the chicken reeks. at least there was no trouble getting a refund, but i would not go somewhere that clearly does not take accountability for their ingredients and where staff doesn't mask up during a pandemic.

More people should come here! The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food is good. We ordered a feast which arrived quickly and hot. Try the onion naan and don't be afraid to ask for spicy sauces!

I believe they are under new ownership and trying to get their alcohol license.

Very kind service. I had no idea what I was doing and the man the worked here was very helpful in navigating the buffet with me. The Naan was great, the curries were my favorite, the butter chicken was super yummy, and I would kill for a bowl of that chutney. I love spicy food so if anything didn't have the heat I NEED i just added a bit of chutney.

Once again, I cannot overstate how nice and friendly the staff is here.

We ordered Chicken Tandoori, Fish Korma and chicken Tikka Masala. Every dishes were so delicious. However, I loved my Fish korma here. Very generous portion.
