Deborah Mitchell is an amazing physical therapist and has helped me tremendously. I've seen different PTs through the years for a complex issue and Deborah started to treat me after I had plateaued with other therapists.
Deborah treats patients one-on-one without interruptions and uses a mix of traditional and hands on, manual therapies, including myofascial release. From a sprained ankle to complex issues, I would recommend Deborah 100%. In addition to her professional knowledge and skills, she is also easy to work with and is great at explaining things and empowers the patient to help themselves.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - D T.Chicago, IL0478Sep 9, 2019
I've been seeing Deborah Mitchell for over 3 years on and off for a chronic issue. She is super friendly and easy to talk to, uses both traditional and myofascial PT techniques. Her ongoing assessments and treatments allow me to keep functioning so I can run after my toddler. I've seen a lot of PT's over the years and she's worth the 30 min drive to see her. She keeps up her continuing education, always learning new techniques, etc. I recommend her to anyone with a new or chronic injury!

I am a highschool athlete who was having a lot of trouble with my calves. so, i went to red rock physical therapy to get them checked out. i was immediately greeted with a happy and energetic staff who seemed happy to work there. i had dry needling, corrective exercises, and red rock tape given to me to help me out. this really made lacrosse a lot easier for me, given that i was playing many hours a week. i highly recommend this establishment for any physical therapy needs, and will be going back if i need anything more done

I had shoulder surgery at the end of January and decided it was worth seeing an independent physical therapist since the ones in the doctor's office are typically lower end, less knowledgeable and assigned two or three people at the same time.
I'm glad I did, and I'm glad I worked with Deborah Mitchell. Deborah always dedicated my session to just me rather than multiple patients and gave me massage therapy when I needed it and slowly built up all my muscles and strength. My repaired left arm is now more stable than my right arm after less than three months.
I'm playing basketball again which the doctor said wasn't likely for 6-9 months and overall recovered about two to three times as fast as the schedule the doctor had for me (granted, it was likely conservative for CYA purposes, but my recovery was still much faster than I anticipated).
Deborah taught me how to listen to my limits, do every exercise with good form, and I feel much better positioned to move forward without aggravating my injury. She set up a continued strength plan for when my PT is over and has been available to answer questions even when not in session. After working with a therapist inside a doctor's office vs one who works on their own, the difference has been night and day.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
