We had a vehicle on our property that was in a unique position that required skill to get it out to the road. When we explained the situation to them they knew just what to do. They arrived with a normal sized wrecker to finesse it from the tight spot, and a really bigger wrecker to get it down the road. They did what they said, when they said it, and their bill was not a penny more than they quoted. I would call them next time I needed assistance.

Our 30 ft class c camper was broken down in our driveway and Reds came with their big truck only to learn it was a very small radius to turn out of the driveway onto an urban street so Bob was completely friendly, gracious and calm- tried to push it out of the driveway instead- but the rig wouldn't budge . So finally called for a small rig to come and tow it out onto the street so they could take it to the mechanic. Complete professionals, polite, creative problem solvers and right on time to boot! We love Red's and Bob was awesome! So is Ben and Keith!
Same camper blew an interior rear tire in August 2018 while on the Mass Pike. Reds came out and Mark was great! Friendly, helpful- showing us so we could understand more about the camper tires. Can't say enough good things about Red's. So far every guy who has come out has been nothing but respectful and friendly to us as two women. Can't say that for every place.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 1, 2018Previous reviewOur 30 ft class c camper was broken down in our driveway and Reds came with their big truck only to learn it was a very small radius to turn out of the driveway onto an urban street so Bob was completely friendly, gracious and calm- tried to push it out of the driveway instead- but the rig wouldn't budge. I had a medical emergency on the highway at night and had to get my car towed. When I went to pick it up in the morning, Red's tried to deny giving me my car back until the following day. The receptionist lady is extremely rude and has a bad attitude. After hours of arguing with them and $325 later, I finally got my car back. They left my car filthy with dirt all over the steering wheel and inside my doors. They also went through my personal belongings. They had no business to be inside my car to make it dirty or to go through my belongings. And the manager is just as rude so you can't talk to him either.

I was involved in a car accident on 91. Josh and the guys from Red's were amazing. It was the first time I've ever been in an accident and they walked me through what to do. I went in an ambulance and they towed the car, gave me a card to call and when i was discharged, they let me come after hours and get some belongings from my car. The whole staff was helpful and very kind.

I have written many yelp reviews and have yet to give anyone five stars. Well that ends today my fellow yelpers. Red's Towing, rocks!! Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. I was recently in a very bad accident. I will not go into the details of what Ryan Martin truck #37 did for me because I don't want everyone to except the same list of things he did to help me through a horrible situation. I can however safely say you will proably be treated with the same level of service and care. He was so respectful of my situation. Thank you Red's. I hope I can repay you by having a few people call for service based on my first, 5 star review. Sincerely, Thepourartist1

We were locked out of car, and had both kiddos. Not to mention very cold outside. They said they be there in a half hour, and got there sooner. I'm truly grateful for this company. Wonderful service, kid friendly, very patient and understanding. Thank you so much! This company is Awesome!!! 5 Stars Plus!

I applaud the people at Red's!! Anything related to towed cars typically means distress. What I found at Red's, through a deeply challenging situation, was patience, compassion, professionalism, and heroism. I'm not surprised to see so many five star ratings.

Terrible Service. My brother Needed a tow on a friday afternoon. They towed the truck to their yard where they refused to accept AAA, and refused credit card payment. I offered to drive down and pay the man in cash that night and they told me to bad they were already closed. I would have to wait until morning to pay.I called the dispatcher to find out what the bill would cost and the woman wouldn't tell me she just kept saying it was going to add up(apparently she either can't add well or they were trying to scam, me she also wouldn't give me a straight answer on when they opened the next day) I paid for a hotel room for my brother for the night I drove the 2 hours when I showed up to pay they told me they didn't have any change after demanding that I pay in cash (what kind of business does this?) so I paid for the almost $300 10 mile round trip Tow fee in cash and let them keep the change. AAA called them to then tow my truck home which they agreed to do and the driver was directed to prep the truck when a call came in from what I assume was his boss telling him not to do the tow he explained that they had enough manpower to do it and again he was directed not to do the tow. he told me apparently we are too busy meanwhile 3 of them were playing on their phones and watching TV. The Bottom line is they chose to strand my brother overnight 2 hours from home to make a few extra dollars by refusing to accept AAA or a Credit Card or a Credit Card authorization form(they even accused me of being the type of person who would call my credit card company and deny the tow charges). I would not recommend using this company for anything they may tow 24 hours but once they get the vehicle back to their shop they will hold it until someone can come up with cash I assume they make a few extra dollars a year in daily fees using this method. Also what is a sublet sheet.(see below)

Broke down on the MA turnpike and thought our getaway weekend was ruined. But Mark from Red's Towing picked us up in less than 30 minutes and towed us to the dealership. I have never seen such a clean tow truck and Mark could not have been friendlier. Customer service like this is a lost art. I can't give a higher recommendation for Red's.
